Как показал очередной опрос "Sputnik.Мнения", 71% жителей Германии считают, что США оказывают недостаточную помощь в вопросе мигрантов. Политолог Михаил Бутримов считает данные опроса более чем предсказуемыми.
Согласно данным нового опроса в рамках проекта "Sputnik.Мнения", проведенного известной британской исследовательской компанией Populus для международного информационного агентства и радио Sputnik, почти три четверти жителей Германии считают предложение Вашингтона принимать по 100 тысяч беженцев в ближайшие два года недостаточным для решения проблемы.
В ответ на вопрос "как Вы считаете, предложение США принять 100 тысяч беженцев в год до 2017 года является…" 71% жителей Германии выразили мнение, что этих мер недостаточно. При этом число респондентов, которые согласны с подобной отрицательной оценкой, в Восточной Европе больше, чем в Западной: 54% и 45% соответственно. В Венгрии помощью США в разрешении миграционного кризиса не удовлетворены 63% респондентов, в Болгарии – 62%, в Польше – 47%.
Вместе с тем самый большой процент тех, кто считает объем предложенной помощи США достаточным, во Франции (54%) и Великобритании (51%). В самих Соединенных Штатах в общей сложности 85% опрошенных уверены, что помощи достаточно или ее больше, чем американская сторона могла бы предложить.Опрос был проведен c 25 сентября по 15 октября 2015 года. В нем приняли участие 8000 респондентов, по 1000 в каждой стране – Великобритании, США, Германии, Франции, Болгарии, Венгрии, Чехии, Польше. Выборка репрезентирует население по полу, возрасту, географии. Доверительный интервал для данных в целом по стране +/- 3,1% при доверительной вероятности 95%.
Политолог, член Молодежной общественной палаты РФ Михаил Бутримов считает данные опроса более чем предсказуемыми.
"Учитывая то, какие проблемы сегодня существуют в Европе, и то, как ответили респонденты – это, в большей степени, крик души. При этом последние десятилетия Европа существовала за счет той или иной американской поддержки. Поэтому европейцы в какой-то степени надеются, что их союзник все-таки возьмет на себя ряд обязательств и выполнит союзнические действия. Но если взять эти 100 тысяч беженцев – США просто делают вид, что помогают, не более того", – сказал Михаил Бутримов в эфире радио Sputnik.
Вместе с тем европейцы, по его мнению, хотят, чтобы их власти проводили более независимую политику.
"Граждане европейских стран ждут от своих властей проведения политики независимой, прежде всего, от мнения и воли США. Особенно остро этот вопрос стоит в Германии, которая последние несколько лет пытается выйти из протектората Соединенных Штатов", – считает политолог.
Он уверен, что именно выход из-под влияния США поможет ЕС справиться, в том числе, с миграционным кризисом.
"Если бы европейцы проводили самостоятельную политику, то такого наплыва беженцев не было бы. Поэтому если они выпадут из-под влияния США, они сами решат свою проблему. И не нужно будет обращаться к США: "Как же так? Вы нас заставили принять, а сами ничего не делаете"", – заключил Михаил Бутримов.

“Considering the problems that exist today in Europe, and how the respondents answered, it’s more of a cry of the soul. Moreover, over the past decades, Europe has existed due to some kind of American support. Therefore, Europeans are hoping to some extent, that their ally will nevertheless assume a number of obligations and carry out allied actions, but if you take these 100 thousand refugees, the United States simply pretends to help, nothing more, "Mikhail Butrimov told Sputnik on the air.
At the same time, Europeans, in his opinion, want their authorities to pursue a more independent policy.
"Citizens of European countries expect their authorities to conduct an independent policy, primarily from the opinion and will of the United States. This issue is especially acute in Germany, which has been trying to get out of the United States protectorate for the past few years," the political scientist said.
He is sure that it is precisely the way out of the influence of the USA that will help the EU to cope, including with the migration crisis.
"If the Europeans had an independent policy, then there would be no such influx of refugees. Therefore, if they fall out of the influence of the United States, they will solve their problem themselves. And they will not need to turn to the United States:" How so?
