Сентябрь не закончившись, пробивает дно за дном.
Сначала были выборы мэра. Ну как выборы, скорее формальность. О каких выборах можно говорить, когда установлен муниципальный фильтр, а недостающие подписи депутатов для прохождения этого фильтра раздают согласованным кандидатам? Но важно даже не это. А результат. Явка около 30% при чудовищно огромных бюджетах на оповещение и заманивание избирателя (для сравнения: на прошлогодних муниципальных выборах она была 12-17% при тотальной сушке явки, полном отсутствии информирования москвичей, только за счёт самих кандидатов в депутаты). Из этих 30% пришедших 70% оказались за Собянина, а если от общего числа избирателей, то по подсчётам сторонних наблюдателей выходит вообще всего лишь 12%. А в начале кампании говорили, что мэр выдвигается от партии москвичей, общенародный такой мэр. А по факту как-то не очень общенародный. Так что, выборы градоначальника оказались достаточно провальными. Провальными с точки зрения политического и гражданского развития, общественного договора. Видимо такими же будут и выборы в Мосгордуму в 2019 - имитация и декорация. Но нам нужно пытаться навязывать свои правила игры - честные и демократические.
Потом было выступление одного из главных полицейских, публично изъявившего желание нанести тяжкий или средней тяжести вред здоровью человеку-оппозиционеру (по слухам человеку Бортникова)превратив его в человека-отбивную за то, что этот наглый человек-оппозиционер провёл расследование и выявил факты коррупции и обогащения. В суд подать иск о клевете? Нет! Отмудохать, прикрываясь традицией о дуэлях, сделать отбивную или посадить на предмет какой-нибудь - вот они методы тех, кто по идее защищает закон. Посыл был ясный - не рыпайтесь и ничего не расследуйте, иначе станете котлетами. Весьма демократично и печально.
После этого появились созерцатели шпиля в Солсбери, с диким интервью на RussiaToday. И ведь не поймёшь, то ли правда они офицеры (- вы офицеры гру? - нет, нам генерал сказал, что мы пид@расы!), но тогда почему такие дебильные, то ли действительно не офицеры, но тогда неубедительные.
И вот под занавес сентября случился второй тур (!) на выборах губернатора в Приморье. Второй тур, в котором оказался кандидат от ЕР Тарасенко и кандидат от КПРФ Ищенко. Входе подсчёта голосов коммунист уверенно лидировал, но начиная где-то с 95-97% обработанных бюллетеней начались чудеса математики - один пишем, три на ум пошло. При подсчёте меньшего числа бюллетеней отрыв стал сокращаться и кандидат от ЕР стал выходить вперёд. Ищенко призвал приморцев выходить на улицу на безсрочную забастовку и не признавать результаты этих выборов. Пожелаем Ищенко и приморцам стойкости идти до конца.
Были ещё моменты в сентябре, но то уже не дно, а просто печальные тенденции, говорящие о глупости элитки, весьма трудном будущем в эпоху транзита власти и политико-экономическом наследстве, которое останется и какую кучу разгребать всем нам и за наш счёт. За счёт обычных граждан России.
Крен всё больше, а ума в головах у властьимущих разных уровней кажется всё меньше. Дебилы, бл@дь… но не все.
