Досуговый «Центр Вешняки» на грани закрытия.
В последнюю неделю мне стали поступать звонки и сообщения от взволнованных жителей района Вешняки, чьи дети посещают секции и кружки ГБУ «Центр Вешняки». Звонят и пишут потому, что думают, что я ещё муниципальный депутат, а это, увы, не так. В 2017 году незаконным решением меня сняли с выборов и вычеркнули фамилию из бюллетеня для голосования. Но речь не об этом.
Досуговый центр «Вешняки» может быть закрыт из-за МИЛЛИОННЫХ (!) долгов. Некогда одно из крупнейших и успешных досуговых учреждений из-за безалаберного управления бывшего руководителя этого центра, а ныне депутата от партии «Единая Россия» в Совете депутатов района Вешняки на грани закрытия. С должности эффективного менеджера сняли, конечно. Но проблему это не решило. Может это не только он виноват? Подчинялся-то он управе и префектуре ВАО.
Сегодня получил сообщение, в котором на листе А4 написано, что «пришло уведомление об отключении электроэнергии и соответственно о возможном закрытии ГБУ. Без работы остается большой коллектив педагогов, тренеров и администраторов. В ГБУ занимаются в различных кружках и секциях около 2000 детей и взрослых». Если я не ошибаюсь, то даже текущие платежи невозможно совершать из-за блокировки расчётного счёта.
Что в этой ситуации делать?
Делайте репосты, пишите коллективные обращения на имя мэра Москвы, префекта ВАО, председателю Общественной палаты города Москвы и конечно, будущему депутату Мосгордумы от нашего района [id287066059|Ирина Назарова] о сохранении коллектива досугового центра и его дальнейшего функционирования, учреждение-то БЮДЖЕТНОЕ. Муниципальные власти хоть и пытаются найти выход из кризисной ситуации, но без префекта и мэра эту проблему не решить.

Leisure Center Veshnyaki "on the verge of closing.
In the last week I began to receive calls and messages from excited residents of the Veshnyaki district, whose children attend sections and circles of the State Budget Center “Veshnyaki”. They call and write because they think that I am still a municipal deputy, and this, alas, is not so. In 2017, by an unlawful decision, I was removed from the election and deleted my name from the ballot. But this is not about that.
Leisure center “Veshnyaki” may be closed due to MILLION (!) Debts. It was once one of the largest and most successful leisure institutions because of the careless management of the former head of this center, and now the deputy from the United Russia party in the Council of Deputies of the Veshnyaki district, on the verge of closure. Effective manager was removed from the post, of course. But this did not solve the problem. Maybe it's not only his fault? He obeyed the administration and the prefecture of VAO.
Today I received a message in which on sheet A4 it is written that “a notification has arrived about a power outage and, accordingly, about a possible closure of the GBU. A large team of teachers, trainers and administrators remains without work. About 2,000 children and adults are involved in GBU in various circles and sections. ” If I’m not mistaken, even current payments cannot be made due to the blocking of the current account.
What to do in this situation?
Do reposts, write collective appeals to the mayor of Moscow, the prefect of VAO, the chairman of the Public Chamber of the city of Moscow, and of course, the future deputy of the Moscow City Duma from our district [id287066059 | Irina Nazarova] about the preservation of the staff of the leisure center and its further functioning, the BUDGET institution. Although the municipal authorities are trying to find a way out of the crisis, they cannot solve this problem without the prefect and the mayor.
