Во вторник, 22 ноября, по приглашению содружества SPECIA участвую в бизнес-завтраке для агентств недвижимости и застройщиков. Продолжу развивать тему «динамических СМИ» (термин Vera Via Strategy).
Компании в соцсетях можно представлять как сумму личных брендов основателя (топ-менеджера), ключевых сотрудников, клиентов и партнеров. В условиях алгоритмических лент это, пожалуй, единственный способ для брендов попадать в мир людей и не платить за это.
Моё убеждение в том, что концепция «компания как сумма брендов» на 100% подходит локальным бизнесам в конкурентных нишах. Но не только. Пример Холдинга RBI (входит [club67147810|Северный город] и RBI) и личной страницы Президента Холдинга Эдуарда Тиктинского на Facebook показывает, что и крупные компании могут её реализовать, если у компании есть лидер, который оказывается хорошим примером для сотрудников.
