В ВОЛГОГРАДСКОЙ ОБЛАСТИ ОТКРОЮТ ПАМЯТНУЮ ДОСКУ ЧЛЕНУ ВСЕРОССИЙСКОГО ПОМЕСТНОГО СОБОРА 1917-1918 ГГ.
4 мая 2019 г. в селе Таловка Камышинского района Волгоградской области состоится торжественное открытие памятной доски члену Всероссийского Поместного Собора 1917-1918 гг. крестьянину А. И. Арапову. Организатор мероприятия — Некоммерческого партнерство по защите и сохранению объектов культурного наследия «Спасское дело» (руководитель — историк и исследователь Собора 1917-1918 гг. Александр Мраморнов) при участии Администрации Камышинского района, Администрации Таловского сельского поселения, Котовского благочиния Волгоградской епархии.
Делегат Всероссийского Собора Александр Иванович Арапов родился около 1869 г. и вырос в Таловке, был крепким собственником, многодетным отцом и активно участвовал в жизни местного прихода (храм в селе Таловка не сохранился). В июле 1917 г. прихожане избрали его своим представителем на благочинническое собрание, а то, в свою очередь, на епархиальный съезд, который и наделило его полномочиями делегата Собора от Саратовской епархии, в которую в то время входил Камышинский уезд.
На Соборе в Москве Арапов трудился в первую (август-декабрь 1917 г.) и третью (июнь-сентябрь 1918 г.) сессии. В ноябре 1917 г. он принял участие в избрании и интронизации Патриарха Тихона, а в августе 1918 г. записался в число членов Собора, готовых осуществлять охрану Патриарха. Вторую сессию пропустил из-за ареста и ограбления большевиками всей его семьи.
В Таловке сохранился родительский дом А. И. Арапова. Однако судьба самого соборянина неизвестна: судя по всему, он как крепкий хозяйственник подвергся коллективизации и либо был убит большевиками, либо убежал из села под угрозой репрессий. Документально подтверждено, что жертвой коллективизации стал его сын Дмитрий Александрович.
Брат А. И. Арапова Николай был участником Первой мировой войны. 4 мая в селе его потомки планируют открыть и вторую мемориальную доску — посвященную Николаю Арапову.
Организаторы мероприятия приглашают всех неравнодушных к историческому наследию и трагической истории XX в. жителей Волгоградской и Саратовской областей собраться 4 мая 2019 г. к 13 часам в селе Таловка Камышинского района.
