Один из исторических городов Подмосковья – Подольск – совершенно недружелюбен для туристов и вообще всех, кто хочет его посетить. Находится он, конечно, за МКАД, но с запада примыкает столица – в виде новоприсоединенных территорий Москвы. Поэтому можно говорить, что это самое ближайшее Подмосковье. Это один из важных городов второго по численности граждан и одного из самых богатых субъектов Российской Федерации – Московской области.
Конечно, как и везде, в Подольске стараются еще не добитые предприниматели, отдельные энтузиасты. Старается природа, которая здесь очень красива. Но, кажется, власти города и области все что можно здесь забросить и запустить – забросили и запустили.
Приезжаешь на станцию (мы приехали на автобусе). Подземный переход, соединяющий две части города – без лифта, без нормального пандуса, с огромной лестницей. Коляску можно только нести. Указателей в чудо-переходе, где центральная часть, а где завокзальная – нет. Как сообразить, куда идти? На выходе из перехода бордюры, еще раз бордюры, выщербленная плитка. Ехать с детской коляской крайне неудобно. Указателей опять нет, но кое-где они потом возникают, абсолютно бессистемно.
Пошли гулять в городской парк им. Талалихина. Он лысый, неустроенный, много сорных, самостоятельно выросших деревьев. Здесь, в центре города – валежник и сорные кусты (см. на фото). Из городского парка от разворотного круга на его северной части (за кругом стоит за бетонным забором с колючей проволокой довольно красивое здание, доступа к которому нет) идет живописная дорожка к реке Пахре. Но на половине она обрывается и дальше – бетонные плиты и с коляской заведомо не проехать. Пошли на разведку вдвоем с сыном. Карта показывает, что далее на реке два моста. Вдоль реки вместо благоустроенной набережной - грязища, распутица, мусор, сорные кусты. Первый мост оказывается на поверку плотиной, через которую основание для пешеходного моста сделано, но на основании нет перекрытия, закрыты ворота и табличка о том, что переходить реку тут нельзя. Идем к следующему мосту вдоль реки – там мост железнодорожный. Технологически на нем опять есть пешеходная часть, но она перекрыта и идти по нему нельзя. На другом берегу живописные горки на берегу Пахры, кстати на значительном расстоянии застроенные разностилевыми шалманами, вместо какой-то согласованной архитектуры, которая бы подчеркнула природную красоту этих мест. И здесь везде, вместо шикарной набережной и зоны отдыха – грязища и мусор. И сама Пахра – что сделано здесь с рекой? Это же экологическая катастрофа – она похожа на болото, она цветет в середине октября, когда цвет пропадает на большинстве плохопроточных рек, даже бурно цветущих в августе – сентябре. Это центральная часть Подольска, это единственная большая зеленая зона в этой его центральной части. Это 14 км. от МКАДа. И это типичная Россия. Это та среда, которая создает бытовую преступность, которая убивает таких несчастных, как саратовская девочка Лиза, и которая формирует образ безнадеги и мем «Россия для грустных». Когда великая держава уже по-человечески оформит свои города?

We go to the next bridge along the river - there is a railway bridge. Technologically, it again has a pedestrian part, but it is closed and you can’t walk along it. On the other side there are picturesque slides on the bank of Pakhra, by the way at a considerable distance built up with different-style shallans, instead of some coordinated architecture that would emphasize the natural beauty of these places. And here, everywhere, instead of a chic promenade and recreation area, there is dirt and garbage. And Pakhra herself - what has been done here with the river? This is an environmental disaster - it looks like a swamp, it blooms in mid-October, when the color disappears on most low-flowing rivers, even rapidly blooming in August - September. This is the central part of Podolsk, this is the only large green zone in this central part of it. It is 14 km. from MKAD. And this is typical Russia. This is the environment that creates everyday crime, which kills unfortunate people like the Saratov girl Liza, and which forms the image of hopelessness and the meme “Russia for the sad”. When will a great power humanly shape its cities?
