«КОМФОРТНАЯ» И «БЕЗОПАСНАЯ» ИНФРАСТРУКТУРА ОТ РЖД
Наш 120-тысячный подмосковный город. Станция, построенная в середине XX века. Толпы народа ежедневно прибывают из столицы и уезжают в столицу и, чтобы выйти в город или сесть в поезд, идут по тяжелому, неуклюжему мосту. Края ступенек сделаны из скользкой арматуры. На самих ступеньках обледенение, поверх снег. Лифты не сделали ни при советах (а лифты были изобретены в конце XIX в.), ни в «лихие» 90-е, ни в славное двадцатилетие патриотизма и великодержавности начала XXI столетия. Писали много раз властям и в прокуратуру жители (и я писал несколько раз), как жители любого другого крупного города Подмосковья и России вообще – просили просто выполнить закон о доступе маломобильных граждан: инвалидов, стариков, больных, родителей с колясками, просто людей с грузом. Ограничились косметическим ремонтом. Мост все том же.
Вот сегодня впереди меня идёт не самый молодой мужчина, но еще не дедок, сумка-тележка. Через 3-4 минуты электричка отправится от платформы, все спешат, но умеренно спешат. Вдруг он кубарем валится с лестницы вниз. Тележка отдельно, он отдельно, телефон отдельно. Подбегают 3 девушки, я и еще 1 мужчина. Ставим его на ноги под плечи, они еле стоят, ноги, видимо от страха падения, подкашиваются. Не стоит. Сажаем на ступеньку. Две девушки вызывают ему скорую. Лучше пусть увезут (если приедут). На эту электричку он не попадает. Но хотя бы жив и не ранен.
И сколько таких историй? Сколько плохо оборудованных платформ на разном уровне? Сколько ужасных старых мостов и переходов без лифта? Это в московском регионе, а что в провинции? Сколько страданий людей, хотя это все оплачено многократно?
Сколько лет еще РЖД в целом и ЦППК в частности будет издеваться над миллионами пассажиров? Когда будет создаваться безопасная и комфортная (без кавычек) для всех категорий людей инфраструктура?

Today, not the youngest man is ahead of me, but not yet grandfather, a trolley bag. After 3-4 minutes, the train will leave the platform, everyone is in a hurry, but in a moderate hurry. Suddenly, he tumbles head over heels down the stairs. The cart is separate, it is separate, the telephone is separate. 3 girls run up, me and 1 more man. We put him on his feet under his shoulders, they barely stand, his legs, apparently from the fear of falling, give way. Not worth it. We put it on the step. Two girls call him an ambulance. Better let them take away (if they arrive). He does not get on this train. But at least alive and not injured.
And how many such stories? How many poorly equipped platforms at different levels? How many terrible old bridges and passages without an elevator? This is in the Moscow region, but what about the province? How much suffering do people have, although all this has been paid for multiple times?
