Так, согласно новому областному законопроекту:
- если хозяин отпустит кошку или собаку в подъезд дома, это приведёт к штрафу в размере от 500 до 1000 рублей;
- если хозяин разрешит собаке гулять по неогороженному своему участку, не привязав её и не поместив в вольер, не написав предупреждающей записки о наличии животного – от 1 до 3 тысяч;
- если не уберёт за животным в общественном месте – от 500 до 1000 рублей;
- если оставит животное одно на улице – от 1 до 3 тысяч;
- если не будет достаточно контролировать животное при переходе через дорогу – от 2 до 3 тысяч;
- если будет выгуливать животное на детской площадке – от 1 до 3 тысяч;
- если зайдёт с животным в магазин или другое общественное заведение, на двери которого висит табличка о запрете входа с четвероногими – от 1 до 3 тысяч;
- если разрешит выгуливать собаку животному – от 2 до 3 тысяч;
- если будет выгуливать животное будучи в нетрезвом состоянии – от 1 до 3 тысяч;
- если будет гулять в людных местах с собакой, не надев на неё намордника и не привязав на короткий поводок – от 1 до 2 тысяч;
- если допустит агрессию со стороны животного на других собак или людей, либо натравит, да так, что это приведёт к какому-то вреду – от 4 до 5 тысяч рублей.
Исключения делаются для собак-поводырей, для собак с короткой мордой и тех, кому ещё нет трёх месяцев и их высота в холке не превышает 40 см, а также при привязывании собаки на короткое время, например, при походе в магазин.

Exceptions are made for guide dogs, for dogs with a short muzzle and those who are not yet three months old and their height at the withers does not exceed 40 cm, as well as when tying the dog for a short time, for example, when going to the store.
