Решил накатать небольшой отчет о понравившихся коллективах с Heineken Open'er:
1. Crystal Castles
Был час ночи, но дико хотелось спать, я просто мечтал добраться до палатки, но когда они начали играть я про всё это забыл - мощнейший звук и дикий вокал Alice Glass просто не могли не бодрить. Эта группа из тех, кого нужно слышать и видеть живьем.
2. Blur
Эти старики еще могут дать жару на сцене, и, не смотря на то, что я ненавижу бритрок/бритпоп, они оставили очень хорошее впечатление о себе, атмосфера выступления и музыка были невероятно воодушевляющими. Как ни странно, но мне больше понравились относительно нехитовые их песни.
3. Matisyahu
В одно время c Arctic Monkeys (на другой сцене) начал играть он. Мы успели лишь на последние 2-3 песни, но для меня они перекрыли всё выступление Arctic Monkeys. Перформанс с кучей людей из толпы на сцене оставил неизгладимое впечатление об этом еврее, как об открытом простом дядьке, который идет на контакт с публикой не только в переносном, но и в пярмом смысле этого слова. Короче - это вин.
4. Editors
До этого я прочитал, что они этакая копия Joy Division. Это засело в моей голове как гвоздь с обломанной шляпкой. Всё начало этого выступления я пытался абстрагироваться от этой мысли. И сначала я не понял понравились ли они мне или нет, но позже все-таки осознал, что хоть и не запомнил (и не знал до этого) ни одной их песни, у меня в голове все равно засело желание услышать их снова. И не так уж они похожи на JD, ну может какими-то старыми телегами разве что.
5. Alt-J (∆)
Интересный вокал, интересные барабаны, в целом хорошее впечатление расслабляющей музыки с качевыми битами. По записям думал у них электронные барабаны, но нет - вживую все звучит и играется также как на записи.
6. Kings Of Leon
Услышал вживую - галочку поставил. В принципе, ничего сверхъестественного - всё как на записи, без изысков, без изъянов, но хиты, сука, делают своё дело. За барабанами Артур Пирожков.
7. Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds
Мы слушали его фоном, пока собирали пластиковые стаканы (это другая история), а потом слушали его уходя с фестиваля - и надо признать, что это действительно мощное зрелище. Хоть я и не стал бы слушать такое в плеере, но безумность происходящего на сцене и демонический вокал обращают на себя внимание даже против своей воли.

Ну что тут сказать... это СВЭГ. Мне понравились песни, которые она пела в начале, а потом началось попурри из хитов, от которых уже наверно воротит и саму Рианну, благо она этого не скрывает и в открытую называет Амбреллу дерьмом. Всё время шлепала себя между ног или рядом, а потом и вовсе пошла в люди, где желающие своими руками оценили размер и реальность её сисек. Забавно было. Поет хорошо, хоть и не без подпевки.

Душевное выступление, приятная грустная музыка, хотя некоторые песни скучноваты. До сих пор напеваю Mr. November. Порадовал момент, когда вокалист Matt Berninger просто пошел в глубину толпы с микрофоном с левой стороны зрительской зоны к центру. Это было очень круто, пока я не увидел, что точно по такому же маршруту и на этой же песне он делает на других фестивалях.

I decided to dash a little report about the teams I liked with Heineken Open'er:
1. Crystal Castles

And at first I didn’t understand whether I liked them or not, but later I realized that although I didn’t remember (and didn’t know before) any of their songs, I still had the desire to hear them again in my head. And they are not so much like JD, well, maybe with some old carts, perhaps.

Interesting vocals, interesting drums, overall a good impression of relaxing music with quality beats. According to the records, I thought they had electronic drums, but no - everything sounds live and plays the same way as on the recordings.
6. Kings Of Leon
I heard live - put a tick. In principle, nothing supernatural - everything is as if on record, without frills, without flaws, but hits, bitch, do their job. Behind the drums Arthur Pirozhkov.
7. Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds
We listened to him in the background while collecting plastic glasses (this is a different story), and then listened to him leaving the festival - and we must admit that this is a really powerful sight. Although I would not listen to this in the player, the insanity of what is happening on the stage and the demonic vocals attract attention even against my will.
8. Rihanna

I liked the songs that she sang in the beginning, and then a medley of hits began, from which Rihanna herself probably would turn it back, since she doesn’t hide it and openly calls Umbrella shit. All the time, she slapped herself between her legs or next to her, and then completely went to people, where those who wanted to do it themselves appreciated the size and reality of her boobs. It was funny. He sings well, though not without a hype.

Soulful performance, pleasant sad music, although some songs are boring. Still humming Mr. November.
