В Тюмени стартует Международный фестиваль " Пассионарии культуры". Первый этап фестиваля - конкурс авторов-исполнителей песен и авторов стихов, прозы будет проходить с 05 по 07 декабря 2014 года. Аудиозаписи и видеоролики можно высылать на ниже указанный адрес. Международное жюри из России, Франции, Швейцарии рассмотрит Ваши произведения.
