Вопрос: Каков шариатский хукм переписки между молодыми мужчинами и девушками зная, что эта переписка свободна от разврата, любви и страсти. И я всегда вначале переписки пишу слова Аллаха: «Мы создали вас из мужчины и женщины и сделали вас народами и племенами, чтобы вы узнавали друг друга» (Комнаты, 13)
Ответ: «Недозволенно никому из людей переписываться с чужой для него женщиной по причине фитны которая есть в этом. Даже если переписывающийся думает что в этом нет фитны, то ведь шайтаны не покидают их пока не соблазнят его ею, и ее им! Повелел (посланник Аллаха) тому, кто услышит о Даджале отдаляться от него, и сообщил о мужчине который подойдет к нему, и он будет верующим, но тот не оставит его пока не введет в фитну. И в переписке молодых мужчин и девушек есть великая фитна и большая опасность. И обязательно отдаляться от этого, даже если спрашивающий говорит что в этом нет любви и страсти. Что касается переписки мужчин с мужчинами, а девушек – с девушками, то нет в этом проблем, если не будет в содержимом переписки запретных вещей».[См. «Фатауа шейх Ибн Усаймин» 2/898-899]
