Какое самое страшное зло и опасность для предпринимателя и руководителя - почувствовать себя Mr Batman, решить что все успею смело ринуться в войну с мелкими текущими задачами - высок риск в них и закопаться.
Все это начинает напоминать игру в бисер.
Неудобно когда ключевые сотрудники уезжают в отпуск))
Задач сразу становится как-то много. И еще они требуют времени и внимания, правда есть положительные моменты - сразу начинают находиться варианты оптимизации деятельности на том участке и варианты того как можно перераспределить задачи и ответственность на других людей или отделы.
Поэтому можно радоваться отпускам и искать в них новые возможности ;)
По целям:
1. Купить BMW X5 или BMW X5M
В предвкушении )) С каждым днем как-то все агрессивнее начинаю ездить на Мазде) Видимо готовлюсь =)
Уже дней 5 преследует стойкое желание повторить тестдрайв, причем, так, по полной насладиться возможностями. В Пулково как раз и трасса есть :)
2. Запустить линию переработки творога на 2т в Демянске
Связались сегодня с проектировщиком цеха, определили когда будут сделаны финальные замеры и уточнения в проект. Ждем смету и двигаемся далее.
Сформировали безумный по логистике план получения недостающих документов от прошлых представителей завода, и как уложиться в срок готовности документов в который вроде уложиться нереально)
На заводе процесс идет.
Приступаем к демонтажу старого оборудования.
3. Сформировать структуру Мувинговой компании и привести к получению чистой прибыли 300 000 руб в мес
Уже пару дней как включили поток лидов.
Их стало сильно больше чем раньше)) Пора менять скрипты и схему взаимодействия при продаже.
Завтра будем тестировать новые решения.
Теперь бы еще рабочих хватило) Нужно ускоряться по ним.
4. Вернуться к 3х дневным тренировкам по Муай Тай
Ничего
5. Знакомиться и общаться с новым человеком каждый день.
Встретились с давним знакомым, последний раз общались лет 5 назад, поэтому можно сказать что встреча с новым человеком свершилась)
Интересно пообщались о специфике работы с ритейлерами, дистрибьюцией, тонкостями цепочек и взаимоотношений в данных сегментах.
Есть несколько интересных итогов встречи.
Будем реализовывать.
Мысли вслух: Итогом каждой встречи, разговора, должен быть Next move. То есть некоторая договоренность о том что происходит далее.
Здорово когда анализируя встречу осознаешь что она была полезной.
6. Найти людей в команду
Сегодня не искал.
Хотя может быть из случайных совпадений что-то и получится))
Предложили сегодня интересного кандидата в помощники. Пообщаемся в начале сдед. недели.
7. Сформировать эффективный режим для организма

Вчера вообще заболел, но поскольку некогда сейчас, договорился с организмом, выпил целебных смесей и утром проснулся почти здоровым.
Днем совсем забыл про недуг.
Вот даже с болезнью можно договориться)))
8. Помогать другим людям в создании их бизнеса.
Ничего.
9. Внедрить в каждый бизнес ERP
Уточнили список тех поправок которые имеет смысл доработать.
Доводим до удобства 2 последних модуля - взаимодействие с 1С и различные срезы отчетов.
Завтра полноценно переходим на работу в данной системе. Она готова для этого! Уф.
План до конца августа довести ее до нужного идеала.
Описать стандарты деятельности по каждому модулю и оформить в предложение для партнеров.
Бизнес в коробке или франчайзинг.
Приоритетные города для продажи те где более 500 000 чел. население, там быстрее и эффективнее развертывание деятельности.
Кто-может подробнее рассказать об опыте продажи франчайзинга - буду благодарен.
10. Вывести другие 2 направления (неосновные проекты) на показатели по 100 000 руб прибыли
Завтра покупаем оборудование и оплачиваем мебель, в четверг все устанавливаем, приводим офис в гармоничный вид и в пятницу приступаем к работе.
Ох сейчас закрутится)))
До других направлений пока не успеваю добраться.
