Кому вверен такой динарий и кто получил его, тому надлежит хранить его добре и со всем усердием и терпением стараться приумножить его. И послушай, как он может умножить его. Получает, например, кто-либо дар веры и дар терпения: верою верит он в то, что обетовал ему Бог, а терпением претерпевает скорби и напасти, которые находят на него. Do you see that the faithful is the one to whom is entrusted? Whoever does not feel and does not know that he was entrusted with something, either did not receive the grace of the Holy Spirit, or is insensible, and because of his insensibility she departed from him. For the Holy Spirit, which gives people wisdom, and knowledge, and piety, and the fear of God, and faith, does not want to remain insensible.
As no one can trade without money, the Lord gives each faithful, according to his strength and ability, a spiritual denarius, that is, the gift of the Holy Spirit, who would always be with him at all times and in every business. Whoever is entrusted with such a denarius and whoever received it, that one must keep it kind and with all zeal and patience try to increase it. And listen to how he can multiply it. For example, someone receives the gift of faith and the gift of patience: by faith he believes that God has promised him, and with patience suffers the sorrows and adversities that come upon him. Seeing that he is greeted with many things that are contrary to what God promised him, he suffers with complacency, waiting until finally the time comes for fulfilling the promise of God. Here, it seems as though a person is enduring himself, but in fact the strength of the grace of the Holy Spirit that he received, it creates patience and firmness in him. If he does not forget about this power of grace bestowed upon him, then the gift is multiplied in him, and he is honored to receive what God promised to give him, for Christians by faith and patience inherit the promises of God. If he forgets about grace and thinks that by his own strength he has borne the burden of trial and patience, and not by the power of the grace of God, then he loses grace and remains naked from it; and the devil, finding him naked from Divine grace, pushes them wherever he wants and how he wants - and there are his last pots of the first.

What does small mean? And what does it mean a lot? Small things are the essence of the promise of this world, all that the Lord promised to supply believers in Him, for example: food, clothing, etc., which serves to bodily peace, or health, and the like, and which he commanded not to care at all, hoping with hope Him; because the Lord in all trades about those who resort to Him. Much is the essence of the gifts of the eternal and imperishable age, which are promised to be given to those who believe in Him, who constantly care about them and ask them from Him; because you so commanded them: you, says, “seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all this will be added to you” (Matthew 6, 33). He commanded so that each of us would be tested so small and temporary, whether he believes in God, who promised to supply the sim, if only we do not care about it, but we begin to cry for the future, eternal.
