Южная Карелия, Сортавала, Рускеала, Ладога, только ленивый житель северной столицы не в курсе где это и что это. В эти места мы начали ездить ещё в 2008 году, но это время глупо вспоминать, с тех пор всё очень сильно поменялось. Но есть и углублённые природные памятники, такие как водопад Белые Мосты (Юнанкоски). Дорога к нему была не самой простой, про него знало не так много человек. Водопад, надо сказать, очень классный и красивый. Был я на нём не раз и как-то уже не тянуло, но тут представилась возможность, нашлось время и мы решили заехать к водопаду. Уже с трассы установлен указатель "Водопад Белые Мосты", дорога лучше не стала (хотя в прошлом году до водопада доезжали на солярисе), но машин стало сильно больше. Был вечер воскресенья, вся поляна перед началом плохого участка дороги забита легковухами, едем дальше, то тут, то там, по краям дороги стоят более дерзкие легковухи, но всё же не решившиеся преодолеть очередное препятствие. Те, кому жалко машину идут пешком. До финальной поляны добираются только счастливые обладатели клиренса повыше. Спускаемся к водопаду и... я в шоке, никак не ожидал здесь такие толпы. Очередь стоит, чтобы сфоткаться под водопадом, толстый маленький мальчик в плавках лезет в реку ближе к водопаду. Люди везде. Для меня это и есть туристический ад. Мы стараемся избегать такие места или посещать их, например, на рассвете, когда никого нет.
А теперь главное. В 2 минутах от водопада Белые Мосты есть ещё один водопад, такой же высокий и не менее красивый. Туда нет указателя, но есть натоптанная тропинка. Сколько же людей около него? Правильно - ноль. В 10км от Белых Мостов, по хорошей дороге есть ещё один классный большой водопад. И там тоже никого.
На этих двух водопадах я раньше не был, нашёл их на карте за 5 минут, поставил точки и поехал. Мне дико печёт с этого роя туристов в месте куда им тыкнули пальцем. Смотреть по сторонам никто не хочет. В Рускеалу ехать вообще не хочется, там всё гораздо хуже. И так везде. Всегда есть эти вытоптанные толпой места, а за углом ждёт что-то более прекрасное, без указателя.

It was Sunday evening, the whole glade before the beginning of a bad stretch of road was crammed with light carriages, we were going further, here and there, on the edges of the road, there were more impudent carriages, but still not daring to overcome another obstacle. Those who feel sorry for the car go on foot. Only happy owners of clearance higher can reach the final clearing. We go down to the waterfall and ... I am shocked, did not expect such crowds here. The queue is to take a picture under a waterfall, a fat little boy in swimming trunks climbs into the river closer to the waterfall. People everywhere. For me, this is a tourist hell. We try to avoid such places or visit them, for example, at dawn, when no one is there.
