Я редко пишу на подобные темы, но сейчас меня сильно прибило.
Вчера, 25.03.2018, вечером произошла, как я считаю, одна из самых страшных трагедий современной России. Всё нарастало как снежный ком и осознать всю картину произошедшего не просто.
Вчера в Кемерово загорелся большой ТК «Зимняя вишня». Это воскресенье, много людей, дети. Кто-то гуляет по магазинам, кто-то отдыхает в боулинге, кто-то смотрит кино. И тут пожар, паника, люди пытаются выбраться из здания. В сети появляются новости, сначала думаешь, ну пожар, ну бывает, потом появляются жертвы – 3, 4, 6 человек. Люди спасаются прыгая из окон. Появляется информация о десятках пропавших без вести. Это были люди, запертые в кинотеатре на 4 этаже. Вечером, когда спасателям удалось пробраться в кинозал, число жертв стало расти с огромной скоростью – 33 человека, 55, сейчас официально 64 человека погибло при пожаре. Среди них десятки детей.
Этот ТК один из многих по всей стране, я не знаю как можно спокойно относиться к этой новости. Это не теракт, это произошло в обычный день обычного города большой страны по вине людей, которые делали всё как получится, закрывая деньгами все проблемы. Эвакуационные выходы закрыты, кинозалы с людьми заперты, чтобы не попали безбилетники.
По информации, имеющейся на данный момент, сотрудник ЧОП просто выключил сработавшую противопожарную сирену. Десятки нарушений противопожарной безопасности в огромном здании, через которое проходят сотни людей. А сейчас ещё и время школьных каникул, детей привезли посмотреть кино, устроить праздник. Читать новости про родителей погибших детей очень тяжело. Не представляю, что сейчас творится в Кемерово.
Все проверки получают свою долю и закрывают глаза, всё так и работает, вися на тонкой ниточке. Страшно подумать, сколько ещё таких объектов по стране. Сейчас, конечно, начнутся проверки, кого-нибудь оштрафуют, в Кемерово кого-нибудь посадят, а потом всё уляжется и никто не будет вспоминать, как забыли пермский клуб «Хромая лошадь». Выводы не сделаны.
А выводы какие, везде тотальная коррупция, которая дошла до масштабов, угрожающих безопасности граждан. Как вообще мог работать такой ТК? А куча некомпетентных кадров на местах? А федеральные каналы, уделившие трагедии считанные минуты? В стране запрет на плохие новости? Где прямые включения с места трагедии? Губернатор даже не приехал на место пожара. Причина – МЧС сказало, что его кортеж будет мешать спасательной операции! КОРТЕЖ! У тебя в городе люди заживо сгорели, потому что власть знает сколько стоит закрыть глаза. Но знает ли на самом деле? Стоят ли этого жизни погибших людей?
Самое обидное, что всё будет по стандартной схеме, найдут охранника, билетёршу, ещё кого-нибудь, на кого можно будет всё свалить. Может какой-нибудь мелкий директор сядет. А все кто выше, кто действительно в ответе, так и останутся на своих местах.
Я написал в начале, что это одна из самых страшных трагедий, если вдуматься, почитать новости и попробовать осознать произошедшее и примерить это на масштаб всей страны, сколько таких случаев ещё может произойти, то становится страшно. А власть даже не пытается оперативно реагировать, даже национальный траур не объявили. А зачем людям настроение портить, вдруг ещё начнут думать, что вот они итоги стабильности…

These were people locked in a cinema on the 4th floor. In the evening, when the rescuers managed to get into the cinema, the number of victims began to grow at a tremendous rate - 33 people, 55, now officially 64 people died in a fire. This TC is one of many throughout the country, I do not know how to calmly relate to this news. This is not a terrorist attack, it happened on the ordinary day of an ordinary city in a big country through the fault of people who did everything as it turned out, closing all problems with money. The emergency exits are closed, the cinema halls with people are locked so that the fare dodgers don't get hit.

And what conclusions, everywhere total corruption, which has reached a scale that threatens the security of citizens. How could such a TC work? A bunch of incompetent personnel in the field? And the federal channels that took the tragedy a few minutes? Is there a ban on bad news in the country? Where are the live broadcasts from the scene of the tragedy? The governor did not even come to the scene of the fire. The reason - the Ministry of Emergency Situations said that his motorcade would interfere with the rescue operation! CARTING! In your city, people burned alive, because the government knows how much it costs to close your eyes. But does he really know? Is it worth the lives of the dead?
The most annoying thing is that everything will be done according to the standard scheme, they will find a guard, ticket collector, someone else who can be blamed for everything. Maybe some small director will sit down. And all those who are higher, who are really responsible, will remain in their places.
