Всё очень просто. За теракты ответственны дикари. Отсталые, тупые дикари простейшего типа. В Новой Зеландии, на Шри-Ланке, в России и США, во Франции и Израиле, в Палестине или в Мьянме - они не могут и не умеют играть по правилам 21 века и играют по своим правилам из прошлого. Есть ли у дикарей религия?

Но не религия заставляет человека уничтожать мирное население, женщин и детей. А его культура. То есть дикарь простейшего типа - мусульманин, иудей, христианин или буддист с радостью будет делать теракты. Он же не знает, что на "совете вожатых" решили, что так делать нельзя. У него в голове 17 век и ирокезы бегают.

А вот какая разница? Если человек дикарь и продвигает нормы отсталой цивилизации - он должен быть перевоспитан. Меры перевоспитания должны быть регулируемыми законом. Если твоя страна недоразвитая, то ты можешь там делать всё что захочешь и быть дикарем. Только выезжать из неё нельзя, а любые попытки экспортировать дикарство под видом национальных традиций и какой либо борьбы должны быть максимально не уважаемыми.
Терроризм - это не новое явление. Это как раз борьба Старого мира с Новым, отсталого с продвинутым.
