Airbnb. За эту поездку в первый (точнее, с первого по восьмой) раз я попробовала эту альтернативу отелям. Главные плюсы - цена и непосредственное общение с обычными жителями. За 2 с половиной недели мы успели пожить у коренных французов, у арабов и у китайцев, у семейной пары с черепашкой Рози, у бабушки с 3 внуками, у одинокого мужчины с собакой Лулу, овцами, курами и огромным садом, у молодой девушки, чья детская мечта - увидеть своими глазами Санкт-Петербург. Мы останавливались в обычной квартире в многоэтажке в центре города и на окраине (и не всегда навигатор был согласен, что дом с таким номером существует), в загородном доме, жили в мансарде под крышей (5 этаж по крутой лестнице без лифта, конечно же). Бонусом ко всему этому разнообразию прилагаются ужины в саду и на террасах, мята в чай прямо с грядки, погладить меховых овечек и выпить ламбик на своей крыше. Эта постоянная смена места проживания добавляет очень много впечатлений к вашей основной программе. Все хозяева разные, но все действительно были доброжелательными. Условия, которые они предоставляют, могут сильно варьироваться. Например, в комнате кроме кровати может не быть вообще ничего. Если увидите там шкаф, не радуйтесь раньше времени - скорее всего, он забит хозяйскими вещами и вам туда ничего положить не удастся. Видимо, прочитав Дугласа Адамса, хозяева не всегда снабжают гостей полотенцами. Хотя бывает и по-другому: свежие розы из собственного сада на столе, куча практической информации в виде карт и гидов. PS Если в цену вашей аренды на airbnb входит petit dejeuner, имейте в виду, что он действительно petit)

A bonus to all this diversity includes dinners in the garden and on the terraces, mint and tea right from the garden, pet the fur sheep and drink the lambic on your roof. This constant relocation adds a lot of impressions to your main program. All owners are different, but all were really benevolent. The conditions they provide can vary greatly. For example, in the room except the bed may not be anything at all. If you see a cupboard there, do not rejoice ahead of time - most likely, it is filled with masterful things and you will not be able to put anything there. Apparently, after reading Douglas Adams, the hosts do not always provide guests with towels. Although it can be different: fresh roses from your own garden on the table, a lot of practical information in the form of maps and guides.
