Уронили ракету с экипажем .
Давно такого не было . В истории отечественной космонавтики было два подобных инцидента : с Союз-18-1 в 1975 году и Союз Т10-1 в 1983.
Пока причины аварии устанавливает комиссия, хотелось бы высказать собственное личное мнение. Мне кажется,что эта авария закономерное следствие системных проблем отрасли.
Проблема первая - это низкая престижность работы конструктора и, особенно рабочего на предприятиях отрасли в следствии небольшой зарплаты.
Проблема вторая- последствие кадрового голода отрасли, вызванное оттоком людей в 90х годах . Космос - отрасль наукоемкая и в ней самое главное -это люди и опыт . Преемственность и передача опыта была нарушена кризисом 90х годов, и теперь эту дыру тяжело заполнить, даже вливая в отрасль большие деньги.
Проблема третья -апатия и вялость руководства отрасли , которое является менеджерами, и не компетентно в технических вопросах,а космос не терпит непрофессионального отношения.
Конечно авария - вещь неприятная, но очень очень надеюсь, что выводы из нее будут сделаны правильные.
А экипаж молодцы - хладнокровию их можно позавидовать !

Continuity and transfer of experience was broken by the crisis of the 90s, and now this hole is hard to fill, even pouring big money into the industry.
The third problem is apathy and lethargy of the leadership of the industry, which is a manager, and is not competent in technical matters, and the cosmos does not tolerate an unprofessional attitude.
Of course, an accident is an unpleasant thing, but I really hope that the conclusions from it will be made correct.
And the crew are great - you can envy their composure!
