Данный термин с интересной аббревиатурой ввел советский психолог Выготский и выступает как фундаментальное положение в педагогической психологии и психологии развития. Термин определяет взаимосвязь между процессом обучения и умственным развитием ребенка.
Сначала происходит процесс обучения, а процесс развития после, чуть запаздывает. Потому между обучением и развитием существуют небольшие несовпадения - Зона Ближайшего Развития.
Это различие между тем, чего человек может достигнуть самостоятельно (уровень актуального развития), и тем, что он способен сделать под руководством (в сотрудничестве) продвинутыми "юзерами". Речь тут о обучении и развитии ребенка и помощи взрослого в этом. Однако, и для взрослых людей это вполне применимо, а учитывая, что не все по возрасту взрослые таковыми являются, то точно подходит.
При этом то, чего можно достичь самостоятельно, определяется процессами в зоне ближайшего развития, сначала действие выполняется с помощью "учителя/педагога", а только потом человек (ребенок) способен повторить его в одиночку.
Результат обучения в тренировках, а также в их интенсивности и регулярности - тут вступает в силу накопленный эффект. Но если обучение не интересно, не важно, то эффективность обучения будет не высокая. Что напоминает о важности мотивации, личных смыслов и стремлений. К чему лежит Душа, что интересно- в том и скорость обучения, эффективность выше и удовольствия больше. И ощущение, что ты уже это знал, но теперь перевел это в осознаваемый навык и владеешь им, точно знаешь что умеешь и уверен, что можешь.

But if learning is not interesting, it does not matter, then the effectiveness of learning will not be high. That reminds of the importance of motivation, personal meanings and aspirations. What is the Soul, what is interesting is the speed of learning, the efficiency is higher and the pleasure is greater. And the feeling that you already knew this, but now you have translated it into a conscious skill and possess it, you know for sure that you know how and I am sure that you can.
