Обратились за помощью в компанию ЭкоДез, были и к сожалению, есть проблемы с тараканами. По телефону было много сказано о гарантиях, о том что если тараканы не исчезнут, все приедем и бесплатно обработаем. Приехал мальчик,договор отдал, только после того, как обработал квартиру, на вопрос, а можно ли его посмотреть до, он сказал, вы не переживайте, всё вам гарантируем, всё бесплатно. В договоре оказалось всё не так, как они "пели" по телефону. В итоге бесплатно только их услуги, а сами материалы платны, а где гарантии в том что их материалы не простая вода??? И как показала практика, их материалы не действует. После чего попытались как-то поговорить с компанией, на что они хамски поговорили и посоветовали обратиться в суд.
Никогда не обращайтесь в эту компанию. Хамское отношение к клиентам и никакого результата от их обработки. Сплошной обман.
