Однако цветы благородной белой лилии - (Lilium candidum), в меньшей степени и лилии королевской (Lilium regale), в большей степени, обладают сильным и резким ароматом.
Букет лилий может вызвать головную боль, головокружение и обморок (аромат пропадает только при сушке).
Известная актриса немого кино Вера Холодная (Одесская киностудия 1915-1919г.) неожиданно умерла от простуды (отек легких) в свои 25 лет. Белая лилия была ее любимым цветком, узнав о недомогании молодой актрисы, тысячи поклонников ее таланта завалили квартиру Веры Холодной букетами БЕЛОЙ ЛИЛИИ. Аромат может вызвать аллергическую реакцию, в том числе и дыхательных путей. Возможно актрису убили лилии.
Общими симптомами аллергии являются: тошнота, головная боль, рвота, повышенная температура, озноб, ломящие боли в мышцах и суставах.
