На днях оказалась в стане оппонентов. На открытом заседании "Либерального крыла ЕР". Из известных персон были Мигранян, Гринберг, Томчин, Плигин, Фадеев и др. Узнала много интересного. Особенно цифирь меня изумила. В течение 2-х ближайших лет нас ожидает дефицит бюджета, в течение 4-5 мы растратим весь свой резервный фонд. Через 7 лет, если ничто не изменится, Отечества просто не будет. За 4 месяца 2013 г. закрылись 400 тыс. мелких и средних предприятий в стране. 90% прибыли наше сельское хозяйство тратит на оплату энергоносителей.
При, сходных по величине тарифах сегодня в ЕС и РФ, платеж за услуги ЖКХ вдвое выше, чем в Бельгии и ряде других европейских стран. За несколько лет платежи возросли в 4 раза, нисколько не повлияв на качество. Половина управляющих кампаний в стране просто сбежала с полученными средствами и исчезла в неизвестном направлении. Социальная революция грядет скорее всего из-за ЖКХ. Никто не знает, каким образом формируют размер тарифов главный монополист - энергопоставляющие кампании. Остановить их рост по существующим ныне неадекватным законам совершенно невозможно, как и просто выяснить, каким образом они формируются. Они же ответственны за темпы инфляции в стране, а вовсе не потребление граждан.
Минфин - главный центр управления в нашей стране настаивает на осуществлении дорогих займов за пределами страны, платить за которые никто из заинтересованных лиц не собирается. Расчет на то, что крупные госкорпорации станут локомотивами российской экономики абсолютно не оправдались. Мы получили крах мелкого и среднего бизнеса, чудовищно неравенство и разграбление бюджета. От нашей экономики осталось 1300 "живых" предприятий. В них занято 20% работоспособного населения страны. Большинство из них - оборонного направления. Гигантское финансирование оборонной отрасли связано с надеждами нашей власти, что "ВПК" сумеет вытащить из ямы всю экономику.
Долой всевозможные затратные олимпиады и чемпионаты! Туда же и "Сколково"! Они нам не по карману, что еще мягко сказано. Необходимо прекратить бодание в правительстве и создать штаб единомышленников, которые бы выработали хоть какую-то стратегию спасения страны и экономики, минуя группы интересов, баланс между которыми и был сутью всякой политики в нашей стране последние 10 лет. В секторах, ответственных за развитие социального капитала: здравоохранение, экономику знаний, образований мы в хвосте у большинства более-менее приличных стран и опережаем по этому сомнительному показателю многие неприличные.
При этом ни Минобр, ни администрация президента, никто в стране не знает, что делать с образованием, зачем и кому оно нужно и что является целью оного. Контролирующие и надзирающие организации, которые забюрократизировали и осаждают образование, парализуют его работу, не выполняют никаких продуктивных задач, а всего лишь разбухают, воспроизводя самих себя.
Банковский сектор - единственное место, пребывающее в состоянии благодати и благоденствия. При этом только 20% банков работают в рыночной среде, в то время как 80% - вне ее, заламывая безумные проценты по кредитам. Банки распухли от денег, однако инвестировать в экономику категорически отказываются. Некий важный г-н - президент Российской ассоциации банков брякнул нечто совершенно сенсационное: банковский кредит столь высок, потому что большую его часть банки платят силовикам и прочим правоохранителям за "крышу"!!! Слава Богу, его остановили.
Было много и иных сенсаций: требование проявить ответственность либеральной власти, как и покаяния всяких псевдо-либералов 90-х в стиле а-ля "чубайс", дабы они повинились в своих грехах. Думе необходимо извиниться за ошибочные законы, которые уже приняты и принимаются. Пора прекратить надеяться на "мудрость" рынка и потребовать сильного государственного регулирования. Важным персонам пора опуститься на грешную землю и взглянуть на происходящее в стране глазами обычных российских граждан и учесть ту вполне понятную ярость, которую они испытывают при выявлении сюжетов о совершенно неприличных зарплатах и бонусах элиты, историях с Кипром и Британскими Виргинскими островами.
Сырьевая модель развития последних десятилетий полностью исчерпана. И наконец пора признать: проблема нашей страны, ее порочной экономической и социально-политической модели - в глубоко порочной системе управления. В никуда не годном качестве управления! Вот такие "крамольные" речи изливались из уст членов ЕР! А мой эмоциональный "барометр" зафиксировал общий пафос мероприятия, имя которому - алармизм: "Идем навстречу катастрофе и концу света!" Мне стало ясно, что правящий класс в своей осмысленной части пребывает в состоянии безграничного ужаса. Радоваться нечему, но мне почему-то все равно было приятно.

It is absolutely impossible to stop their growth in accordance with currently existing inadequate laws, as well as to find out how they are formed. They are responsible for the rate of inflation in the country, and not at all the consumption of citizens.
The Ministry of Finance - the main control center in our country insists on the implementation of expensive loans outside the country, for which none of the stakeholders is going to pay. The expectation that large state corporations will become the locomotives of the Russian economy is absolutely not justified. We got the collapse of small and medium-sized businesses, monstrously inequality and plunder of the budget. From our economy there are 1300 "live" enterprises. They employ 20% of the working population of the country. Most of them are defensive. The gigantic financing of the defense industry is linked to the hopes of our government that MIC will be able to pull the entire economy out of the pit.
Down with all sorts of costly competitions and championships! There and "Skolkovo"! They can not afford us, which is an understatement. It is necessary to stop butting in the government and create a headquarters of like-minded people who would work out at least some strategy to save the country and the economy, bypassing interest groups, the balance between which was the essence of all politics in our country for the last 10 years. At the same time, neither the Ministry of Education, nor the presidential administration, no one in the country knows what to do with education, why and who needs it and what is the purpose of it. The controlling and supervising organizations that have bureaucratized and precipitated education, paralyze his work, do not perform any productive tasks, but merely swell, reproducing themselves.
The banking sector is the only place in a state of grace and prosperity. At the same time, only 20% of banks operate in a market environment, while 80% are outside it, wringing insane interest on loans. Banks are swollen from money, but they categorically refuse to invest in the economy. A certain important Mr. - the president of the Russian Association of Banks blurted out something absolutely sensational: a bank loan is so high because most of its banks pay the security forces and other law enforcement agencies for the "roof" !!! There were many other sensations: the demand to show the responsibility of the liberal government, as well as the repentance of all the pseudo-liberals of the 90s in the style of a la "Chubais", so that they might repent of their sins.
