Мы делаем новый фирменный стиль Ёрд. Делюсь первыми результатами, до релизов и презентаций.
Много изменилось в Ёрд за последние годы: изменились заказчики и проекты, чаще стали ставить задачи по долгосрочному развитию команд, мы освоили новые электронные инструменты обучения, а такие находки как бизнес-квесты и SMS-обучение изобрели сами. Появились новые люди в команде, а кто-то наоборот покинул нас. Всё это меняет характер Ёрд.
Пришло время менять визуальный стиль и мы это сделали. В следующие месяцы мы будем воплощать новый стиль в материалах, сайте, текстах, презентациях.
Ни один день и ни одна встреча с новыми людьми не проходят бесследно. Мне тоже удалось измениться, познакомиться с дизайном на уровень выше, на уровень смелее. Это изменение даже не про дизайн, а как метко говорит [id4767478|Валери Аренас], про развитие визуальной культуры.

A lot has changed at Jord in recent years: customers and projects have changed, more often they have begun to assign tasks for the long-term development of teams, we have mastered new electronic training tools, and such findings as business quests and SMS-training have been invented by ourselves. There were new people in the team, and on the contrary someone left us. All this changes the character of Yord.
It's time to change the visual style and we did it. In the coming months we will be embodying a new style in materials, website, texts, presentations.
Not a single day and not a single meeting with new people pass without a trace. I also managed to change, to get acquainted with the design to a higher level, to a bolder level. This change is not even about the design, but as aptly said [id4767478 | Valeri Arenas], about the development of visual culture.
