С 1 октября вокруг Ставангера должны были начать работать 38 новых бумсташунов (точек сбора платы за проезд по дороге). Но в ночь на 1 октября на 5 пунктах оплаты кто-то вскрыл столбы, на которых висят камеры и считыватели транспондеров, и перерезал все кабели.
Причём это организованная группа людей, которые несогласны с политикой местного правительства по взиманию платы за проезд по дорогам. Участник этой организованной группы, с которым говорили журналисты, утверждает, что их человек 30, мужчины и женщины, молодёжь и люди за 50, безработные и люди на управленческих должностях.
Эта группа появилась не из ниоткуда, а на волне вполне себе многочисленных (десятки тысяч человек) протестов против платы за дороги. Протесты проходили под лозунгом "Nok er nok" ("Хватит значит хватит").
А вообще что за плата за дороги? С какого, простите, хера? Сборы идут на строительство полос для общественного транспорта, велодорожек и на другие улучшения инфраструктуры.
В Осло 1 марта 2019 года тоже начнут действовать 53 (!) новых пункта оплаты. Это дополнительно к 20 уже существующим. Плюс изменится система оплаты. Сейчас надо платить только при въезде в город, а выезд бесплатный. С 2019 года надо будет платить в оба направления. Правда, цена одного проезда уменьшится в два раза. Плюс не надо будет платить за проезд через пункт оплаты, если в течение часа уже проезжал через другой пункт и там заплатил.

После введения в строй новых пунктов оплаты прибыль от них пойдёт на так называемый Oslopakke 3 - различные дорожные проекты, апгрейд метро, трамвайных линий, остановок общественного транспорта и т.д. и т.п.
