???? Даа! Первый тренинг как первый поцелуй!????
Свершилось!
14.04.2018 я провела мой первый тренинг личностного роста! ???? Вымученный совместными усилиями с моим партнёром, Михаилом. Миш, ты - Человечище! Спасибо за терпение моих бесчисленных "а давай вот так", "это не годится", "это бебебе", "вот тут мимими" и пр., за идеи и оформление в стройную структуру наших мыслей. Наши перфекционисты сработались ????
Трудно передать значимость этого события для меня. Это когда долго к чему-то идёшь, когда участвуешь сама и восхищаешься, как тренер так легко всё это делает - ведёт тему, взаимодействует с группой. Потом учишься в Мастерской по созданию тренингов и осознаёшь, сколько труда стоит за этой лёгкостью и насколько велика компетентность тренера. Когда думаешь, что ты ещё не готова (молода, глупа, неопытна, недостаточно "проработана"), волнуешься на тренерском стуле. Потом смотришь на участников, открытых и готовых к работе, видишь их улыбки. И отпускаешь себя, отдаёшься процессу. И всё случается ✨
Конечно, всегда будет к чему придраться, что сделать по-другому в следующий раз. Критик, помолчи! Я фиксирую очередное достижение ???? Высота взята! ПЕРВЫЙ раз вот он! Это было со мной! Я праздную и ликую ????
P.S.: Спасибо Ирине Шевцовой за опыт, практику, подачу материала, за мастерскую и эту возможность ???????? Ребята, группа, вы - крутые! Спасибо за участие ещё раз!

04/14/2018 I conducted my first personal growth training! ???? Tortured by joint efforts with my partner, Mikhail. Misha, you are a Human! Thank you for the patience of my countless "come on like this", "this is not good", "this is bebebe", "here mimimi", etc., for the ideas and the arrangement of our thoughts into a harmonious structure. Our perfectionists have worked together ????
It is difficult to convey the significance of this event for me. This is when you go to something for a long time, when you participate yourself and admire how the coach does all this so easily - leads the topic, interacts with the group. Then you study in the Workshop for the creation of trainings and you realize how much work is behind this ease and how great the competence of the trainer is. When you think that you are not ready yet (young, stupid, inexperienced, insufficiently "worked out"), you worry in the coach's chair. Then you look at the participants, open and ready to work, you see their smiles. And you let go of yourself, you surrender yourself to the process. And everything happens ✨
Of course, there will always be something to complain about, what to do differently next time. Critic, shut up! I'm fixing another achievement ???? The height is taken! FIRST time here he is! It was with me! I celebrate and rejoice ????
