- Возбуждено уголовное дело по части пятой статьи 264 УК РФ (нарушение правил дорожного движения, повлекшее по неосторожности смерть двух или более лиц), - сообщили "РГ" в пресс-службе ГУ МВД России по региону. - Дело принято в производство Главным следственным управлением ГУ МВД России по Кемеровской области. Обстоятельства ДТП устанавливаются.
Между тем, как рассказали журналистам очевидцы аварии, внедорожник Мовшина перед тем, как врезаться в притормозившую на повороте Toyota Premio, обогнал Range Rover на скорости, превышавшей 130 километров в час. И еще очевидцы говорят, что алкотестер на месте ДТП показал наличие в крови экс-руководителя областной госавтоинспекции 0,06 промилле.
Однако из официального сообщения ГУ МВД России по региону следует, что признаков алкогольного опьянения у "сотрудника кемеровской полиции, уволенного в 2012 году из органов внутренних дел на пенсию по выслуге лет", не выявлено.
- В настоящее время по уголовному делу назначен ряд экспертиз, результаты которых помогут следователям восстановить полную картину случившегося, установить причины трагедии. Ход расследования уголовного дела взят на контроль руководством главка, - добавили в пресс-службе ведомства.
Между тем Юрий Мовшин до этого уже был участником серьезной автоаварии, причем на той же самой трассе Кемерово - Яшкино. В сентябре 2011 года Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, за рулем которой он находился, столкнулась с ВАЗ-2114. Водитель отечественного авто погиб, а Мовшин был госпитализирован с ушибом левого локтевого сустава и частичным порывом связок левого голеностопного сустава.
И уже в октябре 2011-го расследование этого ДТП прекратили, в возбуждении уголовного дела было отказано, поскольку вины экс-начальника автоинспекции следователи, опирающиеся на выводы сразу трех инспекторов-автотехников, не выявили. Информация о том, что медицинское освидетельствование на алкоголь Мовшин прошел не сразу, а лишь через несколько дней, видимо, не подтвердилась.
