► Губернатор Московской области Андрей Воробьев может быть назначен новым министром по чрезвычайным ситуациям вместо Владимира Пучкова. Слухи об этом уже дошли до МЧС России, и там уверяют, что назначение Воробьева лоббирует министр обороны России Сергей Шойгу. Он давно добивается объединения своего «родного» министерства с Минобороны. По его замыслу, в военное ведомство должны были быть переданы войска и спецназ МЧС, а части пожарной охраны возвращены в состав МВД РФ. Но реализация этих планов встретила сопротивление «в верхах», и Шойгу остановился на варианте, при котором МЧС возглавит близкий к нему человек. Считается, что Андрей Воробьев, как и его отец, вице-спикер Совета Федерации Юрий Воробьев, и младший брат Максим, председатель компании «Русское море», входят в аппаратную группу «Геннадий Тимченко – Сергей Шойгу – Воробьевы».
► Возможность замены руководителя Следственного комитета России Александра Бастрыкина другим человеком по-прежнему сохраняется. Главным кандидатом на «место Бастрыкина» остается губернатор Санкт-Петербурга Георгий Полтавченко. Хотя сам Полтавченко хочет большего – получить пост министра государственной безопасности России. Однако масштабная реорганизация администрации президента и правительства, которая ожидалась после выборов в Госдуму, частью которой должно было стать создание МГБ России, перенесена на период после президентских выборов, которые, возможно, пройдут досрочно весной 2017 года. Точечная же настройка работы госаппарата затормозилась из-за загруженности Владимира Путина международными делами. Это привело к тому, что скопилось много неподписанных президентом указов по организационно-кадровым вопросам, в том числе и тем, которые касаются Следственного комитета.

Против Белоусова объединился весь финансово-экономический блок: первый и «рядовой» вице-премьеры Игорь Шувалов и Аркадий Дворкович, министры финансов и экономического развития Антон Силуанов и Алексей Улюкаев, председатель Центробанка Эльвира Набиуллина. Дворкович якобы даже готов отказаться от поста в ОАО «РЖД», лишь бы не создавать вакансию экономического вице-премьера. «Белодомовских либералов» пугают не столько «государственнические» взгляды Белоусова, как то, что, вернувшись в правительство, он нарушит сложившиеся между ними правила «разруливания» российского бюджета и курса рубля. К тому же Белоусов хочет совмещать посты вице-премьера и главы МЭР. Но, как говорят в правительственном аппарате и в АП, если с вице-премьерством у Белоусова что-то и выйдет, то МЭР ему точно не дадут – Белый дом будет отбиваться до последнего.
