«В СИЗО хорошо. И правильно, что здесь сидят губернаторы»: арестованный замглавы ФСИН о том, как ему сидится в тюрьме
Олег Коршунов, замдиректора ФСИН России, а теперь и заключенный, выходит на встречу к членам ОНК в «фирменном» ватнике ярко-синего цвета.
— А что? Мне нравится, — улыбается он. — И вообще сейчас я как бы в отпуске до 20 октября. Все еще числюсь в ведомстве.
— Поменяли вам матрац и подушку? — спрашиваем мы (в прошлый раз члены ОНК отмечали, что спать на выданных постельных принадлежностях невозможно).
— Да, заменили. Матрац намного лучше, ничего не болит.
— Но ведь это не тот хваленый новый матрац, которыми ФСИН обещает обеспечить всю страну, кстати, после вашего ареста (сотрудники «Лефортово» уже «отличились», тем что отказались от нового и современного. — прим. Дождь)?
— На моей кровати очень удобно. Диету назначили, а защитник приходит. Жизнь прекрасна, знаете ли.
— В прошлый раз, Олег Адольфович, вы говорили, что многое бы изменили. А теперь?
— Я выступаю объективно, я сам бывший сотрудник, понимаю, что и как. Да, вещи со склада уже 5 дней не несут, но женщина там одна работает, я вхожу в положение. Адвокатских кабинетов не хватает, да, они не могут попасть к подзащитным. Но ведь идет ремонт!
— Но ведь это нарушение права на защиту. И до ремонта было то же самое.
— Не сидел, не знаю. У меня сейчас вот что: телевизор есть, посылки получаю, сокамерник нормальный, ларек работает идеально. К начальнику выводят по первой просьбе! Все хорошо!
— А в камере не тесно?
— Она соответствует европейским стандартам, проверил лично. Измерил ботинок при помощи тетради в клетку. А потом им же (ботинком) посчитал квадратные метры — их ровно 8, как и положено!
— То есть хорошее СИЗО?
— Для меня — да. И правильно, что здесь сидят губернаторы, тут ведь безопасность. А я, можно сказать, исполнил наставление президента относительно ротации кадров. Ровно пять лет был на должности и ушел.
17 сентября Коршунов в беседе с представителями ОНК пожаловался на неудобный матрац и нехватку телевизора в СИЗО. «Спать неудобно. Бока болят. Каждому руководителю нужно недельку побыть в другой шкуре, тогда он будет понимать, что нужно исправить», — отмечал он.
Коршунов был задержан 13 сентября. Ему предъявлено обвинение по ч.4 ст.160 УК РФ (растрата в особо крупном размере с использованием служебного положения). Следствие считает, что в 2016-2016 годах он заключил два контракта в рамках госзакупок на поставку продуктов и горюче-смазочных материалов по завышенным ценам. Сумму ущерба оценили в 160 миллионов рублей. 14 сентября его арестовали на два месяца.

He was charged under Part 4 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (embezzlement on an especially large scale using his official position). The investigation believes that in 2016-2016 he entered into two contracts within the framework of state purchases for the supply of products and fuels and lubricants at inflated prices. The damage was estimated at 160 million rubles. On September 14, he was arrested for two months.
