Нашел немного информации по поводу дтп с не пристегнутыми пассажирами.

Ремень не панацея, но статистика показывает,что с ним безопаснее, чем без него.
Кстати, обычно в инструкции к детскому креслу и к машине написано, что его нельзя устанавливать сзади по середине. Но по статистике нашего ГИБДД - это самое безопасное место. Естественно, если посередине есть трехточечный ремень.
И не стоит зацикливаться на isofix. У этого крепления есть ограничение - до 18кг. Поэтому Вы не найдете кресла 2 и 3 группы с креплением isofix.
