Сейчас будет очень большой пост, и я буду благодарна каждому, кто его дочитает до конца. Для меня это очень важно.
2016 год. Каким он был для меня? Однозначно это год перемен. Год новых знаний, год новой жизни и новых свершений. Год переездов и смены места работы. Все с ног на голову. Начну по порядку.
Вообще, начался год очень весело! Мы с [id100877573|Розалечкой] организовали шикарную (как я полагаю) вечеринку в мексиканском стиле, куда пригласили всех друзей и это было просто ну очень круто! Спасибо всем, кто пришёл!
В начале года от нас ушла моя бабушка. Царствия ей небесного и пусть её душе будет спокойно в ином мире.
В феврале случилась поездка в одни из самых красивых гор в мире - в Доломиты! Там я первый раз в жизни прыгала на сноуборде в сноупарке.
А ещё в феврале мы, наконец, нашлись с Пашей. И это лучшее, что случилось за все это время. Не буду много об этом писать, это совсем личное.
В мае мы съездили на супер курс по фристайлу на сноуборде со школой [club560759|@funcarve] в Кировск. И это стало огромным толчком в моем любимом увлечении. Новая страница и новые возможности для катания. Появились новые цели и это здорово!
А ещё летом мы увидели самые красивые места на нашей планете - Лофотенские острова Норвегии. Чуть ниже в инстаграме есть несколько фотографий оттуда. Не передать словами как там красиво!! Я узнала, что такое хайкинг и белые ночи по-норвежски (это когда солнце заходит за горизонт всего на час и весь этот час светло), искупалась в северном море при температуре воды 10 градусов и поймала форель в горном озере.
В 2016 году в моей копилке появилась ещё одна медаль - медаль за первое место в Верхне-волжской регате, которую мы выиграли в составе отличного экипажа парусного катамарана! Спасибо папе, который меня научил настраивать паруса и планировать тактику гонки и команде, которая терпела мои крики и нервы))))
Очень важное событие, благодаря которому в моей жизни очень многое поменялось - это организация и проведение первого специализированного лагеря для детей "Страна Сенсория". И тут самый важный человек, без которого ничего бы не получилось - это мой коллега и друг Владимир Иванович Заварухин @vladimirdok Это была его идея и его пинки, что надо делать, его находка места проведения и поиск участников лагеря. И в итоге, мы, совместно с @victoria_byt @alinka_kosha [id150642688|@vladaolegovna] и @maximenko.m сделали такой бомбический проект, что до сих пор не можем нарадоваться! Это послужило огромным стимулом для меня и в профессии, и в жизни!
2016 года - это год знакомств. Опять же, спасибо @vladimirdok который познакомил меня с огромным количеством людей, в основном, хирургам. Теперь благодаря этим знакомствам я расту как специалист изо дня в день.

Так вот, я решила, что пора всё менять в своей жизни и 21 октября, ровно в свой день рождения я забрала документы из института Турнера, где училась и работала последние 7 лет. Огромное спасибо этому месту и коллегам [id34413063|@agovorov] @ttato4ka @natali_avdeichik @vladimirdok и другим, с кем мы вместе помогали детям и делали этот мир чуточку лучше. Ребята, спасибо вам за помощь и знания, которыми вы делились со мной! У нас самая крутая ординаторская и вообще отделение! Успехов вам и удачи!
После увольнения из Турнера все закрутилось как юла в Что?Где?Когда?
Вначале, стажировка в Милане в огромной кистевой клинике, где я познакомилась с потрясающим и людьми и до сих пор мы общаемся. Помимо стажировки я наконец увидела Венецию, миланский собор и озеро Комо. Потрясающее путешествие, которое дало мне столько знаний и пинков изучать реабилитацию кисти дальше, что я даже не могу передать словами это.
Вернувшись с Милана я надеялась немного отдохнуть, но не тут-то было! Каких-то пару недель и....кульминация этого года! Я устроилась на новую работу.
И сейчас я наконец-то делаю то, чего хотела очень давно! Я занимаюсь непосредственно РЕАБИЛИТАЦИЕЙ КИСТИ! Это профессия, которой пока нет в России, но мы с @o_zemlyakova решили изменить эту ситуацию и с успехом это делаем. Она, совместно с @nikolaykarpinski, я - в СПМЦ Минздрава России на отделении реабиитации.
Здесь у меня свой кабинет и все, что нужно для того, чтобы вывести реабилитацию кисти на новый уровень!
Кстати, в ноябре 2016 года случилось ещё кое что. Спасибо опять же @nikolaykarpinski и @o_zemlyakova которые
позвали меня с собой в Антверпен на обучающий курс для инструкторов по ортезированию Orfit. Благодаря этому курсу я узнала много нового и активно внедряю ортезирование в свою практику!
Вообще, что касается профессии - передо мной открылся целый мир возможностей и новых знаний. И я сейчас в шоке от количества новой информации и как губка пытаюсь все впитать.
Под конец года мой организм дал слабину и заболел, видимо, не выдержав всего этого. Так что пришлось нам с Пашей отменить поездку в отпуск и сейчас дома у нас лазарет (он тоже приболел). Но мы не унываем, ведь впереди 2017 и огромное количество новых возможностей!

At the beginning of the year, my grandmother left us. Kingdom of heaven to her and may her soul be calm in another world.
In February, there was a trip to one of the most beautiful mountains in the world - the Dolomites! There I jumped for the first time in my life on a snowboard in a snowpark.
And in February, we finally found Pasha. And this is the best thing that has happened in all this time. I won't write much about this, it's completely personal.
In May we went to a super freestyle snowboarding course with the school [club560759 | @funcarve] in Kirovsk. And that was a huge boost to my favorite hobby. New page and new opportunities for skiing. New goals have appeared and it's great!
And in the summer we saw the most beautiful places on our planet - the Lofoten Islands in Norway. Below on Instagram, there are several photos from there. How beautiful it is there! I learned what hiking and white nights are like in Norwegian (this is when the sun sets below the horizon for only an hour and this whole hour is light), swam in the North Sea at a water temperature of 10 degrees and caught a trout in a mountain lake.
In 2016, another medal appeared in my piggy bank - a medal for first place in the Upper Volga regatta, which we won as part of an excellent crew of a sailing catamaran! Thanks to my dad, who taught me how to set up the sails and plan the tactics of the race and the team that endured my screams and nerves))))
A very important event, thanks to which a lot has changed in my life, is the organization and holding of the first specialized camp for children "Country of Sensoria". And here the most important person, without whom nothing would have happened, is my colleague and friend Vladimir Ivanovich Zavarukhin @vladimirdok It was his idea and his kicks, what to do, his finding a venue and searching for camp participants. And in the end, we, together with @victoria_byt @alinka_kosha [id150642688 | @vladaolegovna] and @ maximenko.m, have made such a bombing project that we still can't get enough of it! This served as a huge incentive for me both in my profession and in life!
2016 is the year of dating. Again, thanks to @vladimirdok who introduced me to a huge number of people, mainly surgeons. Now, thanks to these acquaintances, I am growing as a specialist day after day.

So, I decided that it was time to change everything in my life and on October 21, exactly on my birthday, I took the documents from the Turner Institute, where I studied and worked for the last 7 years. Many thanks to this place and colleagues [id34413063 | @agovorov] @ ttato4ka @natali_avdeichik @vladimirdok and others with whom we helped children and made this world a little better. Guys, thank you for the help and knowledge that you shared with me! We have the coolest internship and the department in general! Good luck and good luck!
After being fired from Turner, everything turned like a whirligig into What? Where? When?
First, an internship in Milan at a huge hand clinic, where I met amazing people and we still communicate. In addition to the internship, I finally saw Venice, Milan Cathedral and Lake Como. An amazing journey that gave me so much knowledge and kicks to explore further hand rehabilitation that I can't even put it into words.
Returning from Milan, I was hoping to get some rest, but it didn't work! Just a couple of weeks and .... the culmination of this year! I got a new job.
And now I'm finally doing what I wanted for a long time! I am directly involved in the REHABILITATION OF THE BRUSH! This is a profession that is not yet in Russia, but @o_zemlyakova and I decided to change this situation and we are doing it with success. She, together with @nikolaykarpinski, I am at the SPMTs of the Ministry of Health of Russia at the rehab department.
Here I have my own office and everything I need to take hand rehabilitation to a new level!
By the way, something else happened in November 2016. Thanks again @nikolaykarpinski and @o_zemlyakova who
invited me with them to Antwerp for the Orfit orthotics instructor training course. Thanks to this course, I learned a lot and am actively introducing orthosis into my practice!
In general, as far as the profession is concerned, a whole world of opportunities and new knowledge opened up before me. And I am now in shock from the amount of new information and like a sponge trying to absorb everything.
At the end of the year, my body gave way and fell ill, apparently unable to withstand all this. So Pasha and I had to cancel the vacation trip and now we have an infirmary at home (he also got sick). But we are not discouraged, because 2017 is ahead and a huge number of new opportunities!
