Глядя на то, как в Саратове шикарную историческую чугунную ограду сквера прямо сейчас заменяют на плюгавенький заборчик, хочется высказаться. Потому что география моей ленты немного меньше просторов страны, и виды подобных эстетических днищ я наблюдаю почти каждый день из разных точек на карте.
Думаю, выход в этой ситуации один. Для начала нужно создавать мобильные рабочие группы, которые без фанатизма (включая не каждую пядь родной земли) соберут некий конкретный список ценных элементов городской среды. Группа должна быть желательно масштабная и с участием лиц со статусами, понятными власти (ну там, какой-то член какого-нибудь союза, а не просто активист Геварра).
Потом нужно просто посчитать особо ценные заборчики, лавочки, вывески, бордюры и другие элементы, плохо укладывающиеся в государевы бумаги. Потому легко стираемые с лица земли разными службами, крайне далёкими от эстетики. После чего нужно добиваться встречи с мэром (а лучше сразу с губернатором), создания рабочей группы по теме и обсуждения того, какой документальный статус всему этому можно придать. Нужен пакт о ненападении на красоту.
Ни в коем случае всему этому великолепию нельзя придавать статус объектов культурного наследия (хотя выборочно чему-то, конечно, придать стоит). Потому что реставрационные затраты на поддержание этого не потянет ни один муниципалитет (которые у нас все почти как один нищие), а федерацию красивая беседка в Усть-Пыжме волнует примерно никак. Нужно придумать какую-то другую форму.
В противном случае, люди, из всех видов искусства более всего ценящие песни Стаса Михайлова, лишат нас всего этого наследия "цивилизаций прошлого" бесповоротно. Вой в соцсетях, подхатываемый более крупными медиа, помогает очень точечно и несистемно.
Надеяться на то, что люди, уничтожающие историческую ограду в Саратове внезапно прозреют, глупо. Даже если за этот огребут по полной. Ценность следующего подобного объекта, который попадёт под раздачу, они просто не поймут. И опять будут с каменными лицами рассказывать версию "хотели как лучше".
