С 1 февраля все гостиницы, отели, хостелы и "посуточные квартиры", работающие с букингом, обязывают выплачивать импортный НДС.
Для того, чтобы разобраться в этой ситуации, мы пригласили эксперта в вопросах бухгалтерского учета и налогообложения, с опытом более 20 лет и обширным опытом работы с иностранными компаниями.
Обсудим ряд вопросов:
????кому полагается платить этот налог
????каков размер выплат - как рассчитывать? (Дело в том, что Booking выставляет интересные счета с указанием полной суммой бронирования и своего комиссионного вознаграждения. Исходя из таких формулировок, выходит, что НДС облагается вся сумма ???? - а это +18% (!!!!) - давайте разберемся на встрече!...
????как быть физ.лицам и ИП с патентом?
????куда и как платить этот НДС если у вас УСН?
