????Что будет после 1 октября с отелями, хостелами и другими малыми средствами размещения❓
Сегодня состоялся круглый стол отельеров, общественных организаций СПб и представителей власти. Мероприятие организовало интернет-издание [club172782101|@metagazeta] .
Я была сомодератором этого круглого стола. Задача быть ведущей в столь горячей дискуссии оказалась не простых! ????

Во-первых, в этом зале собрали самых сильных борцов за отели нашего страны!
Во-вторых, для такой жаркой беседы регламента в 1,5 часа крайне мало!
В-третьих, (и это уже про себя) когда самой есть, что сказать???? и эмоции бурлят, а требуется «разнимать» рьяные дискуссии, держа фокус на цель мероприятия - это, пожалуй, самое сложное было! ????♀️
Однако, во всём этом, я сегодня почувствовала дух команды и общей задачи! Потому, что кто-то может не замечать, кто-то игнорировать, кто-то критиковать, бояться, надеяться на чудо, но реальная #битвазаотель продолжается! ????
Сегодня задачей круглого стола было получить мнение и официальную поддержку города по вопросу Законодательного проекта о туристическом жилье!

⚠️В данный момент Министерство экономического развития РФ во главе с Галкиным С.С. разрабатывает новый закон о туристическом жильё, который будет регулировать рынок краткосрочной аренды жилья.

Проект этого закона был предложен министерству предпринимателями и общественниками в марте этого года. Я, как один из представителей бизнеса и общественности от СПб, вхожу в рабочую группу Минэкономразвития по этому закону вместе с Яной Бабиной и Тамарой Буйловой. Поэтому я с уверенностью могу сказать, что это не фейк и Правительство на Федеральном уровне реально заинтересовано в регулирование посуточной аренды жилья, сохранению легального размещения для туристов! И результаты круглого стола тому подтверждение уже на региональном уровне!

However, in all this, today I felt the spirit of a team and a common task! Because someone may not notice, someone may ignore, someone may criticize, fear, hope for a miracle, but the real #the hotel battle continues! ????
Today the task of the round table was to get the opinion and official support of the city on the issue of the Legislative draft on tourist housing!

⚠️Currently, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, headed by S.S. Galkin is developing a new law on tourist housing, which will regulate the market for short-term rental housing.

The draft of this law was proposed to the Ministry by entrepreneurs and social activists in March this year. As one of the representatives of business and the public from St. Petersburg, I am a member of the working group of the Ministry of Economic Development on this law together with Yana Babina and Tamara Builova. Therefore, I can say with confidence that this is not a fake, and the Government at the federal level is really interested in regulating daily rent of housing, maintaining legal accommodation for tourists! And the results of the round table are already confirmation of this at the regional level!
