Я уже начала говорить о кризисе 2020 (см. пост про кроновирус). Да и, пожалуй, о нём не говорит разве что ленивый...
Из-за обвала Китая мировые компании стали терпеть убытки, котировки полезли вниз ????, к падению Китая присоединилась нефть и наш «деревянный» рубль оказался в той же гонке ко дну.... ????
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
К какой инфляции это приведёт по итогу - стоит только догадываться. Но то, что однозначно поднимутся в цене импортные товары, стройматериалы, автомобили и пр. - тут к бабке ходить не нужно...

За повышением цен на стройматериалы начнёт ползти первичка, конечно, не сразу - нужно сперва время, чтобы продать излишки квадратных метров, но после кризиса именно этого и стоит ожидать. А в след за первичкой начнёт подтягиваться и вторичка.

Поэтому тем, у кого есть кэш, имеет смысл сейчас не гнаться за евро/долларом без понимания, что с ними потом делать, а изучить рынок недвижимости и прикупить активы в свои золотые запасы.

Для долгосрочных инвесторов нет никакой разницы. И именно поэтому в кризис Недвижимость проседает, но именно она первая всегда и восстанавливается после кризиса.

США - ведущая мировая экономика. Смена руководителя огромный стресс для экономики, и, как следствие, на мировую экономику. Тем более учитывая ситуацию на мировой Бирже. (Не могу это гарантировать, но у Трампа маячат сильные конкуренты, а в некоторых городах, например, в Сан-Франциско, его откровенно не любят).
