От устройства этого процесса внутри компании зависит наличие свободного времени и сил ее руководителя, а значит ее рост и развитие.

В Sokroma Group сейчас:

✅ полностью автоматизированы системы приема бронирований и заявок от гостей с разных каналов продаж (соц.сети, мессенджеры, сайт, т.е. не только ОТА). Связка такая: воронка продаж + CRM + PMS
⠀
✅ налажены бизнес-процессы и взаимодействия между отделами внутри компании. Созданы регламенты, которые ощутимо повышают эффективность работы всех участников процесса.

✅ Бесконтактное заселение

и др. процессы автоматизации.

Конечно, мы не сразу пришли к этому, но и автоматизация на этом не заканчивается.

The availability of free time and energy of its leader, and hence its growth and development, depends on the structure of this process within the company.

✅ The systems for receiving reservations and requests from guests from various sales channels (social networks, messengers, website, i.e. not only OTA) are fully automated. The link is as follows: sales funnel + CRM + PMS

✅ established business processes and interactions between departments within the company. Regulations have been created that significantly increase the efficiency of all participants in the process.
