Там есть пассаж, что сложность системы порождает ее устойчивость и, в том числе, обощается, что дескать это такое глобальное свойство информации.
А еще ежиков привел другую статью про сложную схему работы человеческого сознания:

Сложение этих двух циклов статей привело меня к неизбежной мысли:
Если мы намутим до ебени матери непонятной заумной математики с кучей элементов, и скажем, что это отражает работу сознания, эта схема будет изрядно устойчива к критике себя. И если мы опровергнем какие-то из ее элементов, все она все равно будет "отражать работу сознания". Потому что ЛЮБАЯ достаточно сложная схема, которую мы соотнесем с феноменом, будет устойчива к критике соотнесения схемы с феноменом. Чисто за счет "эволюционной сложности", которая была нами искусствено и намеренно в схему встроена.
