Мы решили отмечать. Чтобы и родные приехали, и шарики, и торт.
Записать все на видео и показать ему, когда станет постарше.
Обычно тортики покупали в магазинах, а тут решили попробовать торт на заказ.

Оказалось, она живет ниже этажом и печет симпатичные тортики.
Сложность была в том, что я не понимала, что хочу.
Легкий, нежирный, вкусный - это понятные категории. Для меня.
Но какие коржи, какую начинку, как оформить его?
Все эти вопросы ввели меня в ступор.
С оформлением помог интернет.
Я просто скинула картинки, что мне нравится по цвету и композиции.
Остальное - доверила Марии. Она лучше знает, что с чем сочетается.
Накануне годовасия Маша прислала мне фото готового торта. Я обалдела.
Высокий, красивый, аппетитный. Печеньки, шоколадки, безе, вафельный рожок.
Слюнки потекли сразу.
Днем 1-го числа Маша принесла торт.
Когда внесли на кухню громадную коробку, я ахнула.
Я реально думала, что он небольшой.
А в коробке оказалось 2 кг трехслойной вкусноты.
Прослойка вишневого компоте с приятной кислинкой.
Слой освежающего апельсинового креме
И нежного крем-чиза
И все это с шоколадным бисквитом, как хотел муж.
К вечеру следующего дня тортика уже не было. Уминали всей семьей за обе щеки????
Даже малыш оценил. Особенно безешки и рожок.
