Сегодня снова выбрались на #трейл. Раньше думала, что это скучно, а сейчас кажется, что оптимально-спокойно-равномерная нагрузка и в то же время, как медитация для ума.
Мне очень нравится традиция, распространённая в #США и как минимум в Австралии: в память об умершем человеке ставится скамейка. Это и полезно для общества, и красиво, и каждый раз добрым словом вспоминаешь усопшего.

Today we climbed the #trail again. I used to think that it was boring, but now it seems that the optimal, calm, uniform load and at the same time, like meditation for the mind.
I really like the tradition that is widespread in the US and at least in Australia: a bench is placed in memory of a deceased person. This is both useful for society and beautiful, and every time you remember the deceased with a kind word.
