Филипп Денисович долгое время возглавлял 5-ое управление КГБ СССР - созданное для борьбы с идеологическими диверсиями. Многие сейчас до сих пор путают, говоря, что Бобков был грозой диссидентов и антисоветчкиов. В действительности все наоборот.
