НЕДЕЛЯ БЕЗ ТЕЛЕФОНА -МОЙ ЛИЧНЫЙ АД ????????
Я фанатик #samsung , у меня были все #galaxy , начиная с #galaxys3 ...это любовь. СТраховка была важна и на #samsungs7edge она была, но я разбила стекло через неделю после её окончания , поэтому когда полетел мой #samsungs8plus я даже была рада, что воспользуюсь страховкой и мне сделают весь ремонт бесплатно. Но всё было не так просто...⬇
Компания #adjustpro #эджастерспро запрасило заполнить длинное заявление от руки и в виде скана отправить с
сканом паспорта,чтобы была видна серия, а номер скрыт, кассовый чек + фото телефона, чтобы было видно IMEI ( а у меня он зеркальный????♀️) -пф, всё это я сделала быстро и мне ответили положительно, но уточнив, что ремонт от 5 до 30 (30!!! Карл) дней! Я месяц готовилась к этому и ходила с разбитым стеклом экрана...так же пугали, что надо обязательно сбросить все настройки до заводских, а то не примут!!!!????
Когда я пришла со скрипом сердца сдавать свой телефон, то парень на приёмке сказал, что быстро сделают...завтра ...П@ ... я так верила....каждый день...но мне отдали только через неделю и это был ад -два рабочих телефона, два whatsapp , два nstagram и куча дел с телефона по личному и рабочему номеру...Я еле справилась, таскалась с планшетом и старалась всё успевать, но было тяжко и я скучала...лучше бы я заплатила денег и мне сделали в тот же день, но страховка стоила 10 тысяч, а ремонт стекла моего телефона 25...так что это Happyend ????

I'm a #samsung fanatic, I had every #galaxy starting with # galaxys3 ... that's love. Insurance was important and it was on # samsungs7edge, but I broke the glass a week after it ended, so when my # samsungs8plus flew, I was even glad that I would use the insurance and they would do all the repairs for free. But it wasn't that easy ... ⬇

a scan of the passport so that the series is visible, and the number is hidden, the cashier's receipt + a photo of the phone so that the IMEI can be seen (and I have it mirrored ???? ♀️) -pf, I did all this quickly and they answered me positively, but clarified that repair from 5 to 30 (30 !!! I was preparing for this for a month and went with a broken glass of the screen ... they also scared that it was necessary to reset all settings to the factory settings, otherwise they would not accept it !!!! ????
When I came to hand over my phone with a creak of my heart, the guy at the reception said that they would quickly do it ... tomorrow ... P @ ... I believed so ... every day ... but they gave me only a week later and it was hell - two work phones, two whatsapp, two nstagrams and a bunch of things from a phone to a personal and work number ... I could barely cope, dragged around with my tablet and tried to keep up with everything, but it was hard and I missed ... I wish I could paid the money and did it the same day, but the insurance cost 10 thousand, and the repair of my phone's glass was 25 ... so it's Happyend ????
