It's been less than a year since we bought this amazing century old house in Guelph. Although it felt like home from the day we saw it, my brother Peter, myself our family and friends invested *so* much energy in it, making it better one weekend at a time. 6 months and nearly one million dollars later, we are putting finishing touches on this beauty. Less than a year has passed since we acquired this magnificent 100-year-old house in the city of Guelph. Although we felt at home as soon as we crossed the threshold (and we saw a local fat cat on the sofa), my brother [id5279432 | Petya], I, our family, and our dear friends worked tirelessly. every weekend from June they rolled up their sleeves with a screwdriver by a margin. And now, after 6 months and almost a million dollars, we are finally summing up, doing the final touches. This is a new year miracle!
