Генпрокуратура мыслит в правильном направлении, но слишком узко. Зачем ограничиваться торговым центрам? Может быть уже проверим все общественные заведения по всей стране? Потом выявим пожарных инспекторов у которых больше всего процент нарушений, и заведем на них уголовные дела. И сразу предложим им укороченный срок в тюрьме, если они сдадут начальство с которым они делились взятками. Мне кажется подробный инцидент это достойный предлог чтобы перестать валять дурака и начать реально (словами прокуратуры) устранять коррупцию.

Prosecutor General's Office thinks in the right direction, but too narrowly. Why limit to shopping centers? Maybe we will already check all public institutions across the country? Then we will reveal the fire inspectors who have the most percentage of violations, and we will initiate criminal cases against them. And we will immediately offer them a shorter term in prison if they surrender their superiors with whom they shared bribes. It seems to me a detailed incident is a worthy excuse to stop fooling around and start really (in the words of the prosecutor's office) to eliminate corruption.
