Наш человек эту фразу слышал и триста лет тому назад, двести, сто и, наконец, семьдесят лет назад сделал так, как ему советовали. Ибо так больше жить нельзя... С тех пор слышит эту фразу каждый день. Убедившись, что эти слова перестали быть фразой, а стали законом, он повеселел.
Как бы ты ни жил, так больше нельзя. А как можно – тут мнения делятся. Там, за бугром, вроде живут неплохо, но так жить нельзя.
