Эти строки из песни ёмко иллюстрируют то, на что забивает большинство. Уровень некомпетентности и непрофессионализма в окружающей среде зашкаливает! Всем пофиг и на всё насрать! Самое страшное, когда такое происходит в фундаментальных областях: медицина, образование.
Полученная мной травма 6 месяцев назад лишь сейчас обрела истинный диагноз. Сразу скажу, что я НИКОГО, КРОМЕЯ СЕБЯ НЕ ВИНЮ.
Врач в травматологии выслушал меня, направил на рентгеновский снимок. Не увидев там повреждений, сказал: «частичное повреждение связок. Вот "этим" мажьте и носите ортез. 2-3 месяца и пройдёт». ВНИМАНИЕ! Осмотра врач НЕ делал! Просто выслушал моё несуразное описание симптомов. Не прошло...
Пошёл к районному ортопеду, тот сказал "не надо пока МРТ, достаточно УЗИ". По результатам назначил курс лечения всё тех же связок. ВНИМАНИЕ! Визуального и тактильного осмотра ортопед также НЕ проводил!!! Не помогли ни таблетки, ни компрессы, ни мази...
Направил на МРТ и в клинику спортивной медицины, где выслушав всю историю, доктор провёл всяческие тесты с ногой, чтобы определить характер повреждения. После посмотрел снимки и заключение МРТ, где всё в точности совпадает с его диагнозом, который он смог определить после осмотра и проведения нескольких тестов на скручивание!
Вот только уже необратимые последствия случились за время ошибочного лечения связок (которые в полном порядке) и без операции не обойтись...
Мораль - сам дурак, надо было сразу идти к нескольким врачам, настаивать на МРТ. А если глубже - некомпетентность и халатность врачей, которые даже не удосужились вникнуть и внимательно диагностировать травму.
А теперь себе ответьте на вопрос, насколько вы профессионально и ЧЕСТНО делаете свою работу? Постройте цепочку последствий ваших профессиональных ошибок, некомпетентности.
- Когда гаишник за взятку отпускает пьяного, тот через километр может сбить насмерть ребёнка (вашего, например).
- Когда врач неверно ставит диагноз, болезнь может развиться в критическую стадию.
- Когда агент не проводит юридическую экспертизу или не уведомляет о рисках, он может подставить клиента на последующее оспаривание и даже потерю и квартиры и денег.
- Когда механик в автосервисе забыл затянуть гайки на колесах, машина может попасть в аварию с трагичными последствиями.
- Когда учитель не соблюдает основы педагогики и не любит свою работу, он плодит отвращение к своей науке и делает будущее поколение тупым.
В этой стране трудно, потому что мы такие. И в наших проблемах виноваты не Обама, не Путин, не чиновники, а мы со своими «и так сойдёт», «да похер», «а что вы хотели за такую зарплату?»
Отдавайте отчёт своим действиям. Примеряйте на себя то, что вы делаете и не делите качество работы на «для своих и чужих».
Безответственность может иметь необратимые и даже трагические последствия.

After looking at the pictures and the conclusion of the MRI, where everything is exactly the same as his diagnosis, which he was able to determine after examining and conducting several tests for twisting!
Here are the only irreversible consequences that occurred during the wrong treatment of ligaments (which are in perfect order) and not to do without surgery ...
The moral is a fool himself, I had to go immediately to several doctors, to insist on an MRI. And if deeper - the incompetence and negligence of doctors who did not even bother to penetrate and carefully diagnose the injury.

- When a traffic cop releases a drunk for a bribe, he can kill a child (yours, for example) to death after a kilometer.
- When the doctor incorrectly diagnoses, the disease can develop into a critical stage.
- When the agent does not conduct legal expertise or does not notify about the risks, he can substitute the client for the subsequent challenge and even the loss of the apartment and money.
- When the mechanic in the service station forgot to tighten the nuts on the wheels, the car can have an accident with tragic consequences.
- When a teacher does not observe the basics of pedagogy and does not like his work, he breeds disgust for his science and makes the future generation stupid.
