Я все время где-то в глубине себя чувствовал, что вся возня со стандартной моделью, БАК и их финансированием мне что-то напоминает. И только недавно я понял культурный референс к этому процессу.
Это все очень напоминает сцену жрущего Кадавра из книги - Понедельник начинается в субботу. Кто не читал, там неудовлетворенная желудочно модель человека безостановочно ела, а признаки наличия у нее при этом хоть каких-то духовных потребностей измерялись по дерганью ноги в такт звучащей рядом музыке. Безусловно со статистической значимостью больше 10 сигм. Как говорил Наполеон — "La vibration de mon mollet gauche est un grand signe chez moi."
В общем и целом, профессор Выбегалло гораздо более правдоподобная модель современного научного сообщества, чем любые другие позеры из ПНВС, которые занимались какой-то статистически недостоверной детерминистической херней, вроде связи между "сверлящим свойством взгляда и филологическими характеристиками слова «бетон»"(Это, понимаешь, подход 19го века и начала 20го, щас оно так не работает).
