Друзья! 10 лет моей работы с будущими мамами вылились в конечном итоге в создание он-лайн курса для беременных "Роды впереди" ????
Я ночами продумывала сценарий каждой из встреч. Делала выжимку из всего объёма моих знаний, чтобы получилось ёмко и содержательно, без переизбытка информации. Я учла свой профессиональный и материнский опыт. И вот они, 4 занятия, которые, в связи с текущей ситуацией, я даю в открытый доступ всем готовящимся к родам и новой жизни. Курс уже с осени ждёт своего часа быть увиденным. И, пожалуй, время пришло.
1 занятие - теоретический минимум. Мы разбираемся с этапами родов, тем, что происходит в родильном доме до, в процессе и после рождения ребёнка. Ну и ещё озвучиваю ряд важных теоретических нюансов.
2 занятие - практический максимум. Мы отсняли его в родильном зале, чтобы вы могли погрузиться в атмосферу и познакомиться приблизительно с местом, где будет свершаться чудо рождения. Дыхание, позы, массажи и прочие прелести самопомощи, обо всём расскажу.
3 занятие - малыш родился. Что мы осваиваем в послеродовом отделении (лайфхаки новоиспечённой мамы) и как адаптируемся дома. Опять же для погружения съемки делались в реальной послеродовой палате и в квартире с грудничком ????
4 занятие - вы стали родителями. Весь базовый набор знаний, как адаптироваться психологически к новой жизни и как взаимодействовать с младенцем.

2 occupation - practical maximum. We shot it in the delivery room so that you can immerse yourself in the atmosphere and get acquainted with approximately the place where the miracle of birth will happen. Breathing, postures, massages and other delights of self-help, I’ll tell you everything.
3 occupation - the baby was born. What we learn in the postpartum ward (life hacks of the newly minted mother) and how we adapt at home. Again, for immersion, shooting was done in a real postpartum ward and in an apartment with a baby ????
4 occupation - you became parents. The entire basic set of knowledge on how to adapt psychologically to a new life and how to interact with the baby.
