Мое воображение красочно рисует сцены, где несчастный Обама переживает, что у него сорвались планы на отпуск, которые он так мечтал провести на горных курортах Чечни, как убивается Баррозу, потерявший все нажитые непосильным трудом еврочиновника сбережения, хранящиеся в мировой финансовой цитадели - чеченских банках, какой крушатся деловые планы Эштон воочию увидеть и перенять чеченский опыт обеспечения безопасности...
Но в сторону ерничанья. Что важно.
Во-первых, какой замечательный контраст между процессом принятия "прямых" и "ответных" санкций - длительные многосторонние консультации и формальные процедуры против быстрого единоличного поручения. Сюда по политической и экономической ситуации в Этой Стране легко догадаться какой способ принятия и осуществления решений симпатичнее ее жителям. Только пусть бы еще ее жители не удивлялись ни если их система раздавит, ни если система рухнет в результате единоличных решений тех, кого потом назовут "предателем".
Во-вторых санкций против Путина пока никто не вводил. Зато глава одного из субъектов РФ вводит санкции против главы США и лидеров ЕС, как бы намекая, что мыслит себя на одном уровне с ними. От возможного направления развития темы - на какой уровень он ставит нынешнего Путина и какими амбициями это может быть сопряжено - становится совсем не смешно.
