Вообще-то мне не до смеха.

Конечно, находясь Там я бы тоже не понимал. Но нас потихоньку лишают всего - хорошего образования, доступной медицины, так почему продукты должны быть исключением? Кстати, это еще Черномырдин неподумавши ляпнул, что "Мы будем жить плохо, но недолго". Путин, похоже, рад предварить это в жизнь.

Нет, я конечно понимаю все проблемы выхода на рынок новых предприятий против прочно занявших все ниши компаний, понимаю, что политика протекционизма имеет право на существование. Однако, мало того, что местный производитель и так имеет преимущество над заграничным благодаря пошлинам и стоимости перевоза, так еще и рыночный курс рубля к евро и доллару существенно ниже его покупательной способности. А это значит, что при равном качестве импортный продукт на российском прилавке будет стоить в 1.5-2 раза дороже местного. Если такого гандикапа не достаточно, то причины недоразвитости надо искать не в наличии импорта.
Поэтому ни в какое развитие "отечественного" не верю. На бумаге может и будет, но не на деле. А будет гонка за планом производства и социальными ценами (и да, в том же указе есть оговорка о мерах по предотвращению роста цен). А это означает все то, через что уже проходил и СССР и Россия, через что проходят очень многие страны - производство, никак не ориентированное на потребителя, так как товар все равно купят, влекущее падение качества, низкие цены, существующие только на бумаге, то есть закрытые распределители и дефицит.
Кстати, Петербург уже не один год живет без финской картошки, но качественной российской на прилавках так и не появилось.
И ведь как раз американские и европейские санкции, направленные против клана Путина и его предприятий, могли бы способствовать разрушению его монополию внутри страны, а вот санкции Путина, направленные против граждан России, как раз имеют обратный эффект.

Я не могу читать это без широко выпученных глаз. Я действительно не понимаю, это человек бредит или кремлеботы подготавливают нас к тому, что для выполнения продовольственной программы будут снова загонять на картошку...

If such a handicap is not enough, then the reasons for the underdevelopment should be sought not in the presence of imports.
Therefore, I do not believe in any development of the "domestic". On paper it can and will be, but not in practice. And there will be a race for the production plan and social prices (and yes, the same decree contains a clause on measures to prevent price increases). And this means all the things that both the USSR and Russia have already gone through, through which so many countries are passing — production that is not consumer-oriented in any way, since the goods will still be bought, entailing a drop in quality, low prices that exist only on paper, then there are closed dispensers and shortages.
By the way, Petersburg has been living without Finnish potatoes for more than a year, but high-quality Russian has not appeared on the shelves.
And it is precisely the American and European sanctions against the Putin clan and its enterprises that could contribute to the destruction of its monopoly within the country, but Putin’s sanctions against Russian citizens have the opposite effect.
