Об элитах.
Сегодняшнее российское общество можно охарактеризовать двумя словами: «Страна элит». В сущности единственное, что в наше время нельзя делать в России, это никак не относится к элите. Это неприлично. Это просто бунтарство. Это вызов!
В нашей стране сейчас практически любая отрасль человеческой деятельности от управления до собирания коллекций цветочных горшков «возглавляется» некоей узкой группой лиц, именуемой, и, что даже важнее, именующей себя элитой. Везде мы только и слышим – научная элита, культурная элита, и проч. и проч. И Вы, занимаясь чем-то, просто обязаны как-то относиться к этой элите – либо быть ее частью, либо стремиться нее попасть.
Эти группы наподобие аристократов старых времен имеют свои правила, свой кодекс чести. Вернее они хотят нас убедить в этом, чтобы не выглядеть толпой спесивых и жадных до власти прохиндеев. В чем же принципы функционирования этих тусовок?
1) Подобно аристократии эти группы держаться на личных связях. Даже в иерархичных (институционально иерархичных) сообществах эти люди объединяются по принципу своих и чужих. В когорту избранных может входить доцент и не входить профессор, к примеру. Но это все касается светского общества, всякие низы вроде студентов претендовать на это не могут (если им не будет подобная вещь разрешена особой милостью).
2) Их авторитет строится на противопоставлении себя бездумной толпе. Попробуйте рядом с каким-то музыкальным аристократом брякнуть, что слушаете Высоцкого… Вас сотрут в порошок. Ведь это корм для плебеев. Другое дело… Джонни Кэш или Нил Янг. Они тоже поют под гитару, но не слушаются всеми. Поэтому они то, что надо. Это кстати показывает и еще одну грань – в сущности, этим людям плевать на то, в чем они элита, для них важна марка.
3) И наконец, отсутствие миссионерского порыва. В хорошем смысле этого слова. Они не проповедуют свое «учение». Они не пытаются кого-то научить. Напротив, в публичных выступлениях они всячески подчеркивают то, что их отрасль деятельности не должна быть массовой. Это и понятно, ведь это лишит их источника их власти дюффсита. Так они собрались, они достали что-то, чего ни у кого нет, и вот… они друг друга уважают, они уважаемые люди. А так… везде есть… у того есть, у другого есть… вот его они не любят, он тоже купил!
Но ответьте, зачем вы играете по их правилам?
