Однажды Том решил исправить
Великий Ньютона закон,
Чтоб спелый плод не портил мякоть,
Сорвавшись с ветки на газон.
Он правил то и правил это -
Менял он знак, порядок слов;
Добавил цвет и вектор света -
Трудился, ночь провел без снов...
И наконец перо откинул
Он, тяготенья властелин,
Но тут же в темя что есть силы
Ударил плод, что рос над ним.
